The staff was nice

Cons:

Room smelled like mold sheets where not changed if i can describe the smell it smelled like wet dog. The staff was over nice but room was not worth it

Tired
Pros:

Lobby was nice enough, but room was tired. Many outlets didn't work, carpet was frayed, just felt a little old and dated. No breakfast included. Cabinet doors slightly broken. Screen door bent and holes in it on the balcony. Toilet seat loose. TV remote barely worked. Tired. Not the 8 rating it has on Booking.com

Stayed overnight after a concert and was only in the room to sleep eat and shower.
Pros:

Front desk was very friendly. Room was clean. It was relatively quiet at night.

Cons:

Hallway going to the elevator smelled from pot. Elevator was very squeaky. Carpet was frayed where it met the tile.

They change my room from 2 beds to one queen bed without my approval and charge me a still for a double ! But other then that , clean & comfortable hotel

Had better stay at the Hilton in Old Town. They really are detailed and accommodating

Easy access to freeway and local businesses

Cons:

Dirty, smelled like weed in the elevator and garage, dirty glasses of alcohol drinks outside of guest rooms and elevator trashcan , when told that the elevator door keeps getting stuck the front desk person Maria said it was not getting serviced until Monday( the possibility of someone getting stuck in there was high, and for that response it was frightening) mind you this was Sunday early morning.

The rooms were in need of maintenance. The shower was falling apart and had some mold in the corners. The lobby restrooms were constantly full of urine and feces. It appeared they only checked them once a day in the morning. The bar and resturaunt were not open untill 5 pm

OK, but not coming back
Pros:

It was ok to sleep but it is not the room you would come to and be fully relaxed because of the cleanliness. I would not recommend nor I would stay again in this property

Cons:

Room was run down and it was not super clean. It had a smell, it was noise. Baseboard broken, toilet cover broken, drywall with water damage
