Dirty, smelled like weed in the elevator and garage, dirty glasses of alcohol drinks outside of guest rooms and elevator trashcan , when told that the elevator door keeps getting stuck the front desk person Maria said it was not getting serviced until Monday( the possibility of someone getting stuck in there was high, and for that response it was frightening) mind you this was Sunday early morning.
Location
The rooms were in need of maintenance. The shower was falling apart and had some mold in the corners. The lobby restrooms were constantly full of urine and feces. It appeared they only checked them once a day in the morning. The bar and resturaunt were not open untill 5 pm
It was ok to sleep but it is not the room you would come to and be fully relaxed because of the cleanliness. I would not recommend nor I would stay again in this property
Room was run down and it was not super clean. It had a smell, it was noise. Baseboard broken, toilet cover broken, drywall with water damage
hiding charges example. parking .$18 but no security for parking open un secured parking. eny body can break your car during night. woter bottles $4 . and never received my balance deposit money and I complained to my bank too I never recommends eny body to this hotel thank

Pool and spa not great. Spa too small and location not convenient
Easy to get to neighborhood was clean
I didn’t like that you had to pay for parking. It is Already expensive.
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
I stayed here one night on 04/01/2026, checking out on 04/02.
Where do I start? Oh my. So, I stayed in a very large room (460) and overall, it was a decent room by the general looks of the eye. I will also give it credit, and the reason I am giving it two stars -- is because it was generally quite clean. However, functionally this room needs a lot of work and the hotel needs to work on things that are important to the guests.
First and foremost, when I am doing a single one night stay, my preference is to use the digital key and go straight to my room (typically because time is limited). When I have a multi-day stay, I prefer to check in with the front desk.
Today, I checked in with the front desk for my one night stay, and checked in with Ismal. Yes, he was very friendly; however, the hotel does not have a functioning digital key system. My digital key was never delivered (and it was not a user error). Hotel staff told me that the digital key system has not been working properly for years, and most days it does not work. They claim it is nothing they are doing wrong, and they tell me that the digital keys just don't get delivered. They blame it on Hilton corporate, and told me they have not interest in fixing it, because it is too "costly"
Upon entering my room, you are hit with a huge musty smell, and several other surprises. There is no working balcony door lock in the room. All locks are broken, and anyone could enter at anytime.
In the shower, more water comes out of the back of the showerhead, then comes out of the actual place where water is supposed to come out. This is frankly inexcuseable. I blame the room housekeeper. That should be checked, as part of the basic cleaning procedures, and that should have been reported to the appropriate maintenance team. Shame on that. It is truly appalling. In addition, there are no working thermostats in the guest rooms, plus there are no towel hooks in the bathroom.
All in all, this place needs a lot of improvement. All of that, plus after you park they make you walk back out to the car to place a parking permit on your car windshield. There isn't even enough parking for all the cars. I parked on the adjacent street, lined with RV's full of homeless people; however, somehow a parking charge still ended up on my bill. (There likely is enough parking spaces in the lot; however, there were a lot of people at the bar when I arrived, which I believe were not guests of the hotel)
