Great location, clean, friendly and efficient staff
Pros:

The location was extremely convenient, the view from our room on the 15th floor was stunning, but it was the friendly and helpful staff that really made this place excellent.

Cons:

I had one minor issue with the tv, which the staff fixed immediately. No complaints.

Pros:

My bf and I just wanted a nice, comfortable spot to sleep while in town for a few days. Convenient location and very clean rooms. Staff was nice and helpful. Not a memorable hotel stay, but fine for what we needed.

Cons:

The rooms were expensive...but this is true for the area. So it was disappointing to have to pay that much for no amenities. No room service, no lotion, no robes, towels are cheap etc.

We were on the 12th floor and it was pretty loud. I put on white noise to drown it out but might not be a good option for very light sleepers.

De 4 dias de hospedagem, 2 dos três elevadores estavam quebrados. Descaso com o hóspede.

Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and beds were so so. Very small room. Sliw elevators.
