Came Dow to watch something at rac, was convenient and central to all we wanted to do. Very clean and wonderful staff.

Almost perfect
Pros:

Everything - staff were friendly and helpful, facilities were good, decently priced, good location. I requested for a baby cot prior to the stay, and was impressed that the hotel even provided a baby bath tub without me requesting. Daily room make up service from the cleaner was excellent. Keep up the fantastic work!

Cons:

The water kettle was a little rusty, so I did not use it in the end. The multistorey carpark is conveniently located next door, but it is not sheltered from hotel, so might get drenched on wet weather. Would be good if the hotel can build a shelter. Would be helpful if the hotel stock up more umbrellas for guests to use.
