Pros:

- breakfast has lots of options: eggs, mushies, tomatoes, bacon, fruit, pancakes/waffles, pastries.
- perfect location for concerts or events at RAC
- short walk to airport line train station

Cons:

- shower was very dirty, mould in the grout
- extra charges added on invoice due to breakfast price increase after booking. Staff did remove these when we queried but if we didn’t check we would have been charged this. It should never have been added.

Had a great stay, stoked with our arena view room. Will have to remember ear plugs next time.
Pros:

Excellent location for our Arena event
The staff and service were excellent, no issues there at all.

Cons:

Noisy on the Arena side but that’s not the hotels problem.
