The hotel provided a good base to relax and to do a little work.
Pros:

I like the spacious bathroom. In fact the whole room had a nice sense of space about it. I could relax. And I could do work (I was travelling for a conference) without distraction. The bed was comfortable and the storage spaces were generous.

Cons:

The "business centre" was a computer attached to a printer that did not work. However staff were VERY generous in helping me to get some stuff printed. I have got to say that food was not a strength. The breakfast was crowded, noisy and not very good. I ordered in room dining (twice) and was disappointed both times. Since the hotel is a little out of the city centre, it would make sense to make dining a feature... I would have used it more.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Four Points on Sheraton in Perth. The staff were lovely, the rooms were great, a wonderful view and perfect location to attend events at RAC arena. We LOVED the breakfast and the variety of options available.

Cons:

Having the restaurant open during the day for lunch would be great.

Pros:

The service. The staff. The hotel itself. Everything was amazing. From the minute we walked in. Someone was walking around with a tray of champagne. Free drink vouchers. Kind, very helpful staff.

Cons:

We had a room right next to elevators. We were asked if this was ok and said yes, but would probably say no next time. It was a little loud.

Best staycation venue
Pros:

We love staying at Four Points, it is so close to RAC Arena and everything in the city. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They always engage with our daughter and ensure we are all looked after. The food is always amazing.

Cons:

There were a few times that we went to utilise the games room and there was bigger kids running amok in there, however this was very minor
