Comfortable stay in Perth CBD
Pros:

We had a long stay (12 nights), it was great experience. Location is nice. The breakfast was plenty. Room was spacious and comfortable. Basic essentials are present. The games room kept the child entertained when we were rained in. Overall a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Staff could be more friendlier, not many smiles and greetings! The breakfast was almost the same everyday, got bored after the first few days. They didn't have a concierge service so you need to drag your bags to your room yourself, and vice versa.

Pros:

•It was my 7yr old daughter's first time staying in a hotel - She had the time of her life (and so did I!)

•The staff were so nice & helpful

•The food was delicious

Cons:

That we only stayed for 1 night (we wish we could have stayed for longer!)

Not too bad, could have been better
Pros:

Rooms were spacious.

Cons:

Hotel breakfast was the exact same daily apart from the chef's special that was rotated on a 2 day cycle.

The hotel is definitely 4 stars, the most is 3 stars.
Poor sound proof, door is heavy but still can hear people walk in/out the room. Room lighting is not bright enough

A pleasant place to stay in Perth
Pros:

Room was comfortable. The breakfast was very good - a good variety. The staff were efficient and helpful. The hotel was quiet and convenient to the city centre and trains.

Cons:

There was no view from the room - just windows of other rooms.
