A nice quiet room
Nice room we were upgraded for our first stay. Staff were very helpful, friendly and food was excellent.
Convenient location especially if attending event at RAC. Nice big rooms.
Nothing really to complain. Staff that brought my room service on my second night forgot to open the drink and struggled to open it without opener, didn’t realise it was twist top and asked my help.

Great welcome when checking in with a welcome drink , easy process. Awesome room service and staff were very friendly. Complimentary snacks were amazing too.

The location is perfect if you are attending a concert at the arena, and a short walk into the main part of the city. The continental breakfast is amazing.
Only thing I found was the beds are hard but that is only because I like a medium firm.
We stayed here for our last night in Perth after returning our rental car, and it turned out to be a really convenient choice for our family of four.
The location was great, especially since we no longer had a car. Public transport was easily accessible, and we could get around Perth quite easily from here. There are also plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, which was really convenient with the kids.
Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for the four of us, with comfortable beds. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay to end our trip.

Location. Arriving free yellow cat bus 50 yards away, heading into Perth CBD free yellow cat immediately across road outside RAC. Bus & Train station 5 + mins away on foot, 1 to stops on yellow cat bus. STAFF. Very friendly and helpful, excellent. Housekeeping very prompt with extra towels when requested. Room a good size with comfortable bed and really nice seperate basin - toilet / very large shower area with glasd door. Welcome wayer, crisps and sweets on arrival. Northbridge: a 15 minute walk to Northbridge for restaurants. NOISE: none, very quiet, even at weekend with other guests. Great place from which to explore Perth and surrounds.
Only issue, window did not open and limited TV stations (only a late night minor gripe though)
