Great place to stay
Pros:

Room was great. Location was excellent. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was great.

Issue: lack of coffee early in the morning. Americans are used to having coffee available early, so having a machine or a pot of coffee ready for guests heading out at 5:30 or 6:30 AM would be a great addition. Please consider adding that.

Cons:

No coffee in the morning. Bad. Not even a jar. Asking for Room service is not practicle.

Rooms were very old and dated, had to pay to use spa and pool. We literally rejected a cheaper hotel because you had to pay for the pool, this wasn’t made clear on the booking.com website

Not worthy at all. Horrible room.
Cons:

Was old, moist, stinky, damaged furniture, dusty. It does not worth what they charge and I am very unsatisfied, for not saying angry.
Uncomfortable night and I feel scammed.

We wanted to use the pool and presumed it was in the price but we were informed at the desk that you had to pay extra to use the pool. That was a big disappointing as that’s one of the reasons we picked the hotel!

The Odaiba Hilton is a perfect place to stay on Odaiba.
Pros:

The location on Odaiba is perfect. It is right across from Aqua City and a short walk to the shore and to the Gundam. There is an elevated train that will take you closer to the Miraikan, to TeamLabPlanets, and to Small World.
The hotel is well air-conditioned and on the hot August days we were there, that was extremely important.
The breakfast buffet is wonderful with freshly made omelets and French toast as well as Japanese noodles,
fish, tsukemono and other delights. We were able to watch the sound/light fountain display from our window.

Cons:

There are no couches to sit on in the lobby. There are some individuals settees but it's an uncomfortable place to sit and wait for friends or to relax.
There is no convenience store in the hotel to buy toiletries, milk, water or even gifts. You have to walk all the across Aqua City and go down a flight to get to a Lawson's which has the necessities.

流石に設備と内装劣化を感じた。また共有部分の異臭が気になる。特にエレベータから部屋への通路が鼻にツンとくるのにまいりました。

Filas para o pequeno almoço à espera em pé 15 minutos ou mais, o quarto sem vista, a falta de serviços habituais num hotel de 5 estrelas( por exemplo o único bar fecha às 23:30), as obras a decorrer por todo o lado (que também servem de desculpa para tudo o que funciona mal).

I would try the Grand Nikko next time.
Pros:

The location was perfect being right across from Aqua City and next to the train line that takes you close to the Miraikan and TeamLab Planet.
The breakfast was marvelous with plenty of fruit, baked goods, an omelette and French Toast/waffle station and Japanese offerings as well.
The room was spacious and offered views of the Rainbow Bridge and summer water/light show.

Cons:

There is no convenience store or gift shop in the hotel. You have to walk to the far side of Aqua City to find Lawson's which has milk, water, toiletries, and bento.
The hotel has very little seating in the lobby area.
The hotel put a restaurant charge on our bill instead of on another room's bill what was signed for.
