Pros:

Localisation parfaite à deux, à 10mn à pied de la plage Rena Bianca, à 10 mn à pied du centre de Santa Teresa, toutes les commodités aux alentours, tout peut être fait à pied !
Personnel très agréable et accueillant.
L’hôtel est très bien décoré, nous avons l’impression d’être dans une maison familiale.
Petit déjeuner très bon et beaucoup de choix (surtout pour ceux qui aiment le sucré).
La chambre est propre, le ménage est fait tous les jours.

Cons:

Le ménage des autres chambres alentours est débuté un peu trop tôt (7h45 bruits d’aspirateur dans la chambre d’à côté).

A great hotel for exploring the area
Pros:

A great 3* hotel, very friendly staff, superb breakfast. Parking was easy just around the corner.

A walking distance to the centre with plenty of restaurant.
There is a beach (Renna Bianca) but it requires prebooking and could get very busy.
I think the beaches around Capo Testa are better and not that crowded but you have to pay for parking unless you arrive very early.
If you like hiking Capo Testa in a must.
The Capo Testa lighthouse is a great place for watching the sunset

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit tired but clean with a good shower.

Hôtel en face d’une supérette qui fait des barquettes de salades et de fruits frais, restaurant de qualité à proximité
Centre piéton à quelques centaines de mètres
Places de parking gratuites disponibles devant l’hôtel

Cons:

Salle petit déjeuner petite et austère avec des tables serrées
Parfois attente avant de pouvoir entrer…
Le deuxième matin il manque beaucoup de choses au buffet notamment tous les légumes, une partie de la charcuterie et du pain frais
Évitez de commander un pastis au bar extérieur géré par l’hôtel il a été facturé le double des établissements du front de mer !
