El hotel esta justo en el centro de guadalajara, todo esta muy limpio y bonito, lo mejor el personal fue muy amable y atento con nosotros y tenia una terraza panoramica de donde se veia espectacular la catedral

Ótima localização, cara de México, staff gentil.
Cons:

Meu quarto estava voltado para a piscina, e a cascata era ligada logo cedo então atrapalhava um pouco. Mas a piscina e a cascata eram muito agradáveis.

Todo me encanta de este hotel, soy feliz llegando ahí,y la comida deliciosa! Y más su va acompañada de una sangría.
Todo el personal es super amable, ME ENCANTA!

Cons:

Lo único que no me gusta es que por la noche ya todo el centro se queda muy solo y hay muchísimas personas que dan un poco de miedo, después de las 9:00 de la noche mejor me quedo en el hotel

Nice experience in downtown.
Pros:

Superior location. Classic style hotel and atmosphere.

Cons:

Rooms are ok however outdated. Everything works but AC is noisy and shower room needs renovation but ok.

Lo mejor su ubicación todo cercas del centro.
Y la vista espectacular desde la azotea te enamoras.

Las camas super cómodas y la habitación también.

Cons:

Solicite 2 cuartos llegamos 3:15 y solo tenían disponible 1 habitación. Nos dirigimos a ella y al abrirla había 2 huéspedes mujeres nos habían asignado la misma habitación. Lo bueno que estaban vestidas.

Bajamos y me asignaron otras en el tercer piso llegamos y solo estaba disponible una.
La otra la seguían limpiando.

También nadie te apoya con las maletas y nunca me habían cobrado estacionamiento por mi vehículo fueron 40 pesos, cuando el estacionamiento es del hotel.

Fue muy molesto ya que llevábamos 2 niños y era subir y bajar las maletas.
