The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The attention to detail was 100% and the staff were so attentive and kind.
Pros:

Everything - I stayed for 5 nights and could not complain about anything. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

心からくつろげるホテル
Pros:

都会の中でリゾートホテルにいるかのように過ごせた事。低層でお庭も素敵です。スタッフも皆親切で、リラックス出来ました。五連泊でしたので滞在中、セラドンで夕食、またスパ&マッサージも利用しましたが、それらもexcellent！朝食も毎日楽しみでした。

Cons:

駅まで少し距離がある事（歩けないことはないですが）。でも駅までの道に屋根があるので日差しが遮られ、それは有り難かったです。

An oasis in Bangkok surpasses many of the well known brands
Pros:

Wonderful serene environment
Superb room and pool
A special mention to Jo Jo the Executive Chef who was so professional that we have decided to go back on our return trip.
The restaurant food is exceptional.

Stort fint poolområde. Gott om solsängar.
Vi har bott i Bangkok många gånger och detta va första gången det va helt knäpptyst på nätter !! Mitt i stan men en helt tyst oas.
Stort plus man kunde styra, stänga av den tysta ventilation, ac’n.

Cons:

ISKALLT i frukost husen.
Vi vill gärna sitta ute i skön temperatur på semestern och äta frukost.
Inte så mycket bröd för en mjölkallergiker.
Det va stort fokus på mycket surdegsbröd som alla inte gillar.
Äggbeställningarna blev fel nästan varje morgon.
Stenhårda sängar. Vi fick upp ett par ”toppers” men de är ju som täcken så det hjälper inte.
Tufft när man har smärtsamma höfter och rygg.
Alldeles för stora kuddar. Och antingen helt platta eller för höga.
Väldigt dyrt att äta och dricka på hotellet och det va dåligt med billiga restauranger runt omkring.
Alldeles för djupt handfat! Jag med smärtsam rygg kunde knappt tvätta händer då man fick böja sig framåt för att nå blandaren.
Det luktade illa inne på toaletten.
