Beautiful luxury hotel in the centre of Brisbane. Great for special occasions trips.
Pros:

Lovely luxury Hotel in the center of Brisbane. Great location, and restaurant on site was excellent. We stayed in the Story Bridge Suite which was luxurious and very large, with a view of the Story Bridge.

Cons:

Some parts of the hotel are showing their age and could do with a bit of a refresh. There is no elevator from the carpark to the reception, however the porters brought our bags up for us.

For the purpose of riverfire the hotel location is great but the breakfast and service is substandard for a 5 star prope

The view for riverfire was exceptional

Cons:

It took 3 requests to reception for glassware to be delivered to the room. The breakfast area was a mess with both huge queues for any breakfast items and also for tables. The guests were allowed to enter the breakfast area but there were not enough tables so people were standing around waiting for others to leave
