Not coming back. Other hotels in Brisbane CBD offer a cheaper price and better service.
Pros:

The heated swimming pool and sauna.

Cons:

the phone did not work in the room and after 30 mins of engaged signals to ask for some fresh milk I asked the porter to orgaise it, not followed up, went to the front desk and likewise not followed up. Tried again next morning and finally got fresh milk to the room. The restaurant choices are very expensive and not really appealing. The halls leading to the rooms look like they need a refresh. For a business purporting to be 5 star, there was a big chunk of plaster missing in the bathroom with rusty steel showing through. The beds supplied were unusually short so that both my wife and I hand our feet hanging off the end of the bed. To park our car was an extra $50. Overall I just won't return again.

A lovely heritage hotel in a great location

Great location with a lovely view

Cons:

Breakfast was over crowded and average. No decent coffee available to order. We had to sit in the lobby to eat it. Definitely not worth the money.

Great spot for a short stay in the city, handy to lots of good restaurants, ferry, Botanical Gardens
Pros:

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, welcoming and eager to assist in any way they could to look after us. Very impressed and even better than previous stays (have stayed several times now). Had a great long lunch at Moo Moo.

Cons:

Cold room service meals and lukewarm "hot" drinks.
Cleaning should be more thorough.

The location was perfect access for the event we were attending.

Cons:

I had booked 7 rooms for family over the weekend. Several of the rooms had a terrible toilet smell which took a few hours to dissipate. A few of the rooms were not ready by check in time which made our party late for a wedding.
