Breakfast was dreadful. Firstly the decor was not 5 star- not even 3 star. Cold tin chairs with chipped paint. I cut my finger on the chair as I went to sit down.
Bacon, fried eggs and potato gems were all cold or Luke warm at best. Juice was not high quality.. fruit was well presented as were pastries.
Bar food the night before was just
adequate.
Sorry to be so critical I am but someone has to be honest.

Cons:

Really wanted a room facing the Southbank riverside but can't complain about the beautiful Storey Bridge! Always loved that bridge!

Didn’t dine there.

Cons:

The air con in room and on our floor seemed cold and we couldn’t regulate it in room. The tv remote didn’t work properly. The concierge was lovely. I think an Indonesian man. Can’t recall his name . Started with S, I think . Truly helpful and polite. A big asset to your hotel. Parking expensive.

Gorgeous. Great location. Professional and kind staff.

Cons:

The only small problem with our room was the lights were very dim (too dim) and my two daughters had trouble doing their makeup. During the day was fine with natural light and curtains open but they needed to use their iphone torch once the sun went down.

The stay was great, very helpfull
Pros:

The view was great, the room was very open and well laid out, Clean and tidy, and the location was good.

Cons:

Evening restaurant, Poor service, No attention to guests. The place was not busy, and guests had to gain the attention of the staff. Even when ordering a second drink very slow, the wait staff changed a few times.
