The property location, the staff is very nice and helpful. The pool is amazing. All facilities were fantastic.
Despite the property undergoing facade work during our stay, we still had a lovely experience. Our room happened to be in the wing where the work was taking place, so there was some noise disruption during the day. The hotel itself is genuinely beautiful, well maintained, and full of charm. What truly made the difference was the amazing staff—warm, attentive, and consistently helpful. Their service more than balanced out the temporary inconvenience and left us with a very positive impression overall.
Pool was great. Staff were friendly. Convenient restaurant and housekeeping were good.
Weren’t made aware of so much construction on site until we arrived. Rooms are dark and dated. Wine options at restaurant were poor compared to other NT places, which was disappointing.

Breakfast was not good at all. I would say that I have had more to choose from other hotels we have been to. And the food that was kept warm had obviously been there for a while. Even though we added breakfast to our room we choose to eat else where on 1 of the 4 mornings.
we were disappointed that we had to pay for the wifi at $10 a day so went without.
The staff were so helpful.
The pool was gorgeous.
It had building works ongoing. I was promised they wouldn't start early but I was woken at 730 by drilling and loud construction works

Room was nice good view of the pool, Bathroom was very well presented, the auto light under the sink basin was a nice touch. Complimentary cookies on arrival is quite welcoming.
Fridge was a bit small considering the room features other than that nothing really.

Kamer 423 was erg ver lopen met tassen. Gangen zijn te smal en er is geen lift in die vleugel. Zelf maar een trolley gepakt in de hal
