Pure luxury.
Pros:

This hotel is 10 with of 10 luxury!! Luxurious bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, pool and food top notch!

Cons:

If i had to give any negative feedback it would be that it would be nice if the shower had a but more pressure.

Great location
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was very varied and substantial. Staf were extremely friendly ND helpful and location perfect. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Cons:

The decore in the room was bland. Could do with some colourful artwork to brighten it up. Coffee and tea making area was cramped and not easy to access under a bulkhead. Did mention these issues to staff.

Pleasant and well located hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff and good plain food.
Pros:

In spite of some renovations going on the hotel was pleasant and the staff helpful. My only disappointment was how very far away my rom was from the lifts. Meals were good and served quite quickly.

Cons:

As an elderly person I was disappointed to find that I had a very long walk from the lifts to my room and was surprised that I had been put there as the hotel was not particularly busy

We loved staying here because we felt so relaxed by the pool
Pros:

Loved the wide choice of fresh food for breakfast. The pool is wonderful because it so big and very clean. The lifts work efficiently: no waiting. Staff were courteous.

Cons:

The front desk did not remind us that breakfast was available for a lower price if we let them know on the previous day.

Pros:

It was a convenient location. Staff were good.

Cons:

The hotel room was not clean. The bathroom door, walls and shower were not clean with dirt marks and smudges and the it showed in the grouting. I sent the photos to management.

Got go back in December and not sure if would stay here again, plan was to.
Pros:

Location, very clean, pool.

Cons:

Zero water pressure in the shower, such a waste of water just tribbled out the shower. Toilets took 7/8 flushes to get any water. Reported to reception and nothing changed, no follow up and think this the disappointing thing. Bathroom upgrades are great but floods the bathroom for quick simple shower/ bird bath, soaked the bath mat and very serious safety issueas then flows across bathroom floor. Had always wanted to stay in loft style room but was very disappointed.
