I like the location and the employees
The breakfast was nice
The ice machine on the second floor was not working. The bathroom was in rough shape. The interior bathroom door was filthy and needed to be painted. There was mold in the shower. The bathroom light fixture is rusted. Room 109
It was very clean and nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable.
It was about 30 minutes away from lookout mountain which is where all the activities we did were located.
Beds and pillows very comfortable

Room smelled musty and damp.
Breakfast options in low supply and couldn't get to pancake maker. Maybe tell housekeeping staff if hotel guests are getting breakfast to hold back getting food til guests eat?
Fresh, clean, coffee was much better than many.
We were pleasantly surprised.
The card keys seem to have a little trouble wanting to stay magnetized. Fortunately, we were able to catch the problem and go to the front desk and they fixed them promptly. If we had returned it 1130 or 12 or 1 am, it may have been a problem.
Rooms had a smell of old water
The breakfast was good. Plenty of seating space. Also very clean.
