It was close to knotts berry farm.
That there were cockroaches in the rooms and one of the rooms verry little hot water and in my room the water was burning. Didn’t complain to anyone because I was busy at the parks all day and exhausted.

Rooms were nasty. Shared a bed with ants. Flooring was not attached. Mold on the ceiling. Hair in the shower
Check in staff was warm and friendly.
Floor made our feet brown, the refrigerator and coffee maker wasn't plugged in, and required me to move heavy furniture for the plug in. There was a lot of dirt and a dead cockroach there. Even though they knew 5 would be in the room, there was only 3 towels, and no wash clothes. They brought us more, which was appreciated.
I really did like that there was security on site and that it was tile in the rooms and the beds where lower that others

Loved the location close to our destination and other places, staff were really nice.
Only that the neighbors next door were extremely loud.
Loved how close it was to Knotts, next to several places to eat.
Property could use some updating on certain things, and breakfast could use more than just waffles

The rooms were good size and overall nice. Staff were good and friendly and informative. Price was good.
The floors in the room looked clean but felt dirty and left your feet black or socks black. Cockroach came out during my our stay. The breakfast was ok, but limited and they don't allow you to take it back to your room. Having a large family staying and young kids I didn't want to have to haul everyone to the lobby so we couldn't use the breakfast.

I stayed at that hotel once and my pillow got stained with makeup, and this time when I stayed there again, I noticed that the sheets and blankets were all stained. They charge money for this, so why give it back to the employees? Why don't they return the deposit? It's disrespectful.

The suites options with multiple beds for large families.
Run down property. Sketchy parking area. Poor unappetizing breakfast options. Horrible mattresses. Thin and uneven lumpy feel metal springs. Trash everywhere in parking lot and visibly broken down ac units and rooms. Showers had mold everywhere -walls and the inside of the showerhead. A surprise guest ,we found a lizard inside my toilet ! We checked in so late from local theme park we had no choice but to stay . Definitely on my do not book ever again list !
