Una experiencia visual inigualable
Pros:

Excelentes y hermosas instalaciones, personal muy atento y amable. Hermosas, grandes y limpias habitaciones, cafetera en la habitación y minibar, mesa de trabajo y mesa de relax con excelente iluminación y vista. El restaurante es un lujo para la vista. acogedor, bien organizado, mesas bien servidas, meseros impecables y bien organizados.

Cons:

Que cobren el parqueadero, el precio del alojamiento es bastante costoso como para que además se deba pagar parqueadero adicional, de otra parte, si el parqueadero del hotel es muy pequeño deberían tener un convenio con el complejo para que a los huespes del hotel no se les cobre.

No me gustó la cena (No hablo del desayuno) del Restaurante VULCANO. Es un sitio hermoso, muy organizado y agradable. pedi dos entradas, una burrata y un ceviche, las cuales vinieron muy bien servidas. No obstante, la burrata era un plato lleno de crotones, una hoja de rugula y dos pedazos de tomate cehrry... nada que ver . El ceviche desabrido, pura salsa rosada la cual lo hacía hostigante, y el pescado crudo sin marinar. Precios bastante elevados para ser entradas, pero si hubiesen sido buenos se pagan con gusto. Realmente lo que pedi fue una decepción.

La música del restaurante es un poco alta para procurar una conversación tranquila, La música es moderna pero agradable, solo que no debería ser tan alta.

Práctico de negocios
Pros:

Fui por trabajo, pero llevé a mi familia pensando en el spa que al fina no pudieron usar por ser pequeños y se pagaba a parte. Está retirado si van a ver bogotaZ resto muy limpio, restaurantes muy agradables.

My husband and I arrived and had lunch at Testarudo. It was delicious, in the evening we had dinner at Vulcano restauran

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and beds are extremely comfy.

Cons:

We were not able to set up netflix to watch what we wanted but otherwise everything was great.

Good overall but frustrated with parking situation

They have some issues with the parking experience. If you park outside of the hotel they charge you 35K COP per day plus if you come out and back in on the same day , they change you again. This is a subcontracting company that is not even related to hotel staff

Then they have some hotel parking lots on underground garage but they are limited and not available to all guests.

This parking experience and the jack of clarity was really frustrating to me and ruined some other good things that I found on the stay like the bar staff experience were really amicable and good.
