Todo
The bathroom sink and shower were clogged. The sink was disgusting, with black gunk coming out of it. There were only three towels in the bathroom—which wasn't enough for the number of people in the room—and there were no sheets or pillows for the sofa bed, so we had to ask for extras. I received poor service from an employee at the cafeteria during breakfast. There was a waffle machine that came apart when I tried to use it, spilling onto both me and my friend; when the employee came over to assist, instead of apologizing for the incident, she argued with me, insisting that I was the one who had broken it. I ended up completely covered in mess, and she was extremely rude to me.

I had two separate reservations for my stay: one from May 13–14 and another from May 14–17.
Prior to my arrival, I called the property to inform them that my group would be arriving early in the morning on May 14. Despite notifying the hotel in advance, my reservation was incorrectly marked as a no-show.
After traveling overnight, we arrived at the property exhausted, only to be informed that the elevator was not working. We were initially assigned a room on the 9th floor and told to wait in the lobby until the elevator issue was resolved. Given that the hotel had staff available, I would have expected assistance with luggage and a more proactive effort to ensure guests were checked into their rooms promptly. Instead, we were left waiting in the lobby for approximately 30 minutes.
Since we had a planned itinerary and could not continue waiting indefinitely, I requested a room on a lower floor. I was initially told to wait longer because maintenance staff had not yet arrived. After following up several times, we were eventually reassigned to a room on a lower floor.
Unfortunately, the issues continued. When we carried our luggage upstairs, the room key did not work due to a lock malfunction, requiring yet another trip to the front desk to request a different room.
The replacement room was in poor condition and clearly not well maintained. There were stains on the bed, the sofa bed was dirty and unusable, and the carpet was dusty and unclean. Because the sofa bed was not clean enough to open and use, one member of our group had to sleep directly on the sofa.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The reservation mishandling, lack of assistance, repeated room issues, and unacceptable cleanliness standards significantly affected our stay.
Great location to a bus stop to travel into NYC.
VERY VERY outdated and run down, dilapidated. We stayed here years ago and it was nice, like the pictures provided. These pictures are absolutely nothing like what you stay in now. Even the outside of the building is beginning to look abandoned. The furniture is all old and chipped, uncomfortable. The office desk was an old chair from the conference room, the carpet was pulling up and stained multiple places, tons of light bulbs out everywhere--there were only 6 of 18 working in the elevator, the shower head was coming out of the wall, the piece holding the ac unit in the wall was coming literally off the wall. I could go on and on..this was disgusting. If we needed this longer than just to sleep in from 9p-6a, I would have taken the $244 loss. I can't beleive Wyndham would attach their name to this.
Location
Just needs to be renovated
Proximity to my destination
It was very out dated and news tremendous improvements
North Bergen New Jersey
Excellent staff
Hotel and rooms could be updated
Nothing
Everything. I walked out about 1/2 hour after checking in. Never had to leave a hotel like that before in all my years.
No tienen panes normales
The site is good, near to restaurants and to any daily needs. It is affordable if you decide to just a transient stay when travelling this is a practical place to stay.Staff was accomodating. The building is fairly ok but if it will be renovated and fixeit will become at par with what is trending…this will be a perfect area to lay over..
