My stay would have been ok if not for the housekeeping
Pros:

Room was clean. They have a pool and pickle ball court, laundry room.

Cons:

Housekeeping. I paid for late checkout 2pm. At 11 am, my family and I were at the pool. My other daughter stayed in the room and was sleeping on the sofa bed. Housekeeper walks inside the room and stands beside the sofa bed to tell my daughter she has to leave, it’s 11 am. My daughter told her we have late check out . Housekeeper left and came back 1:46 pm. She said I’m coming to clean. I told her we’re checking out at 2pm. She said it’s already 2pm. I had to tell her no. It’s only 1:46 pm. I felt like we were being kicked out of our room before our due time and entering the room without a guest permission should not be allowed unless deemed emergency

Room was not very clean, it had a bad smoke smell, facilities were not well maintained. Overall hygiene and maintenance was not good

Nice room but dirty grounds and dirty main areas in bldgs 9 and 10. Overcharged.
Pros:

The room was nice, the kitchen was nice and well equipped.

Cons:

We were traveling with another friend couple who paid significantly less than us. We felt it was unfair.
They gave us a room in building 10 where the grounds had garbage, the carpets to access the elevator and rooms were filthy. There were garbage bags in front of the rooms that sit there for the entire time of our stay. I brought this to the front desk attention the first day but nothing was done.
The sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable and the bed had bread crumbs.

Do better. I want a mircwave in my room
Pros:

Well we’ve stayed here before that’s why I biked agin next visit. But this visit was not as good. I had no microwave for my 2 childrens and last time I had 2 TVs and a separate room and living room. I ordered the the same kind of room but instead had no microwave and just one big room and my baby kept waking up

less than I expected
Pros:

Breakfast was less unsatisfactory! Processed eggs looked terrible;sausage links looked uncooked, potatoes were terrible. coffee and oatmeal was good. coffee cups were too small!
