Valet service was nice. Everything else was okay. Front desk wasn’t that friendly.
We had a wonderful stay at Marriott Waterside! A special thank you to Airianna at the front desk for making our experience exceptional. She was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and went the extra mile to ensure we had the best possible room with an amazing view. Her warm hospitality truly made us feel welcomed and valued.
The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was clean, and the overall atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Airianna, and the Marriott Waterside team, for providing such outstanding service. We look forward to staying here again!
The cafeteria was well-lit and clean. Staff checked with you periodically. My egg white omelette was perfect.
I would have prefer parking to be in the building but I understand

Great restaurant! Wonderful view of the harbor. Rooftop patio was perfect for fireworks viewing. Friendly staff.
On site Parking lot was full due to Tall Ships festival so we had to park farther away. This was quite inconvenient.
