This property needs to be renovated my room was beyond dirty filled with mold we didn’t sleep there and it’s non refundable don’t wasted your money I was bitten up the bathroom was not clean the towels that you step on after a shower was on the floor as if someone just taking a shower I have so many pictures to prove it also entering the room it’s like your being ambushed by staff who stands in the walk way refusing to move to let you in you don’t be greeted the the floor was wet with water it’s hot in the hallways and elevator the elevator takes so long to come I was not giving the room I paid for I’m just upset about everything I didn’t sleep there I used the bathroom to change up after my flight because I had reservations at the Versace mansion once done I gathered my things than left and I see why they said non refundable
Perfect location for South Beach
In an ideal world it could do with a bit of an update but the value for money was great.
Location was excellent. Staff very helpful. Although outside was very loud, didn't hear any of the noise inside the room.
Pleasant stay, beds were very comfy. The manager called me on her own to make sure I was comfortable. That impressed me as I stayed in many hotels before and no manager ever reached out to me. Would stay again
Very dated, only 3 available electrical outlets for charging, we had more than 3 devices to charge. On the 3rd night, the toilet got clogged, I'm guessing was a building issue, by the morning it was rectified. Only 2 wash cloths were available in the bathroom, we were told they ran out when we asked for more (it was peak time).
Amazing hotel! I loved the easy beach access and the convenience of having clean beach towels available whenever needed. The manager was incredibly kind and always made sure I had everything I needed. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, and I felt truly well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

La ubicación es perfecta, solo hay q cruzar la calle para ir a la playa, además de contar muchos restaurantes en la zona. También me gusto que hay lavarropas para usar (autoservicio).
No me gusto que no provean el jabón para el laundry, cuando tenias que pagar una ficha para usarlo y que tenían muy pocas sombrillas para la playa.
