DOUBLE WIN 🏆
Pros:

The fast check in and service, this is our second time staying at the double tree ocean city oceanfront hotel. Our children were comfortable, so many things to do and especially having the beach and Indoor pool and outside pools of choice is a double win.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable. Pillows weren't so great.

My stay at Doubletree was okay. I would love to return. I pray you will address these issues.
Pros:

The breakfast was okay. I think for the price, the coffee could have come in a larger cup. I appreciate the courtesy of the staff.

Cons:

Doubletree was my first choice, however, the decor and smell of the rooms and hallways were a little off. They have a mildew smell. I want Doubletree to do much better.

Hotel is very dated. Looks like Hilton bought a no name hotel and slapped their name on it. Tv was smashed, safe did not work, phone line was not functioning. Had 3 cockroaches in my room over 4 days.

Great location but expensive
Pros:

fantastic location, paid extra for an ocean facing room and view was excellent. Comfortable beds and large room - plenty of space.
Large kitchen area but insufficient cutlery

Cons:

Air con unit in room very loud on last 2 nights, had to pay extra for parking, on check in the staff on reception was not particularly welcoming and didn't provide any information other than - "take a photo of this information sheet"

We really love to stay in a Hotel that feels like home, is hard to leave :)
Pros:

Very nice and we love our room the staff is so friendly, helpful and fast check in. Really loved the breakfast buffet and the waitress is so friendly and nice, I felt home, Tess makes the best Latte ever!!!

Cons:

That bad smell that comes from the carpet, it needs to be change, and the sheets were not cleaned had some disgusting spot on it.

Our Go-to Spot for Ocean City!!
Pros:

This was our second time staying here and it was amazing! We loved our corner room, the ocean front view wa spectacular and the true highlight of the trip. Walking right onto the beach at sunrise or sunset, and any time of day was just perfect. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the staff was so friendly. We love this place and can’t wait to come back; it’s becoming a tradition for us!

Wonderful stay! Prime location to beach. Great breakfast
Pros:

Check in by MATT was great. Smooth! He was so helpful and really friendly. Very hospitable! The cleaning staff AMAZING!!! they turned the room over every day and cleaned it nicely!

Marlin restaurant, MELANIE was amazing! So was the manager. Didn't catch her name but she often busted the table to make sure we were doing well and got all we needed! Melanie was so accommodating and helpful, patient and friendly. She did her best to always get our order in correctly for a large party that we were 5 adults and 6 kids 😆.

Cons:

I think the pools could have been cleaner. Too many hair strands under water. A property like that should have cleaning more often during day.
