Wonderful experience, clean, polite, welcoming
Pros:

We stayed two nights at this hotel for our softball tournament. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, polite, and willing to help. The facility was clean and so were all of the rooms. Pool area with fire pits were amazing. There was an incident that occurred while we were there that required police involvement. The hotel did everything to keep guests safe and informed. The situation had NOTHING to do with the hotel or staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Management kicks out families instead of predators
Pros:

Rooms were disgusting, carpets stained and felt dirty. Holes in walls, water damage, etc. that was not the worst of it. We had the unfortunate experience of a man coming out onto his balcony overlooking the pool completely naked flashing everyone at the pool (including children) and instead of calling the authorities and removing the guest the hotel staff continued to brush off the incident until guests called the authorities themselves. Witnesses were waiting for police to arrive and were told they had to go to their rooms because of “quiet hours” resulting in only 3 witnesses staying to give their accounts of what happened- therefore the perpetrator was only charged with 2 counts of indecent exposure. Hotel staff also kicked out a family with young children at nearly midnight for requesting a refund due to the circumstances and the management said they would not issue a refund. When the father walked away and said “this is bull***” the manager requested the security guard remove them from the premises while the man who victimized guests at the pool was not yet escorted off the property. Our family will not be staying at a Hilton property ever again with the way that not only our family but multiple other families were treated during this stay. It was ludicrous for them to brush off sexually deviant behavior while punishing a family for being upset with how things were handled.

Staff at the restaurant area were nice and the hot tub was great temperature.

Cons:

The staff was rude, unprofessional. The hotel is old and not in the cleanest condition. One of the nights there was a namen man on the balcony of his room which faces directly to the pool area. Man exposed himself and yelled profanities to the patrones in the pool, pool had over3 0 girls between toddler and adult women present. When reported to staff they protected the baked patron and didn't demand that he leave the property later that man got into a physical altercation in the room with another man and nothing was done. Patrons we're highly angry at the situation and instead they got kicked out of the hotel room for reporting the incident to staff. Please Don't stay at this Hotel!!!!!
Also there weren't enough parking spaces for all the patrons paying for parking at the property. Front desk staff along with management and supervision terribly unprofessional. Homeless subject was given a key to use lobby rest rooms by front desk personnel .
The power went out on the following day people were trapped in the elevator they didn't and couldn't restore the power in a timely manner and the property has no backup generator! Truly a nightmare. We had to leave the property days earlier and cut our vacation short. DONT STAY HERE

Pros:

The location of the large pool we’re great

Cons:

Don’t know if it’s because we were right next to the laundry facilities, but there was an unpleasant smell in our suite. Also, the bathroom fan did not work so after showering, the room was very stuffy due to the balcony door in the second room, no window in the main room.

DONT COME UNLESS YOU WANT STANKY ROOMS

this place lacks cleanliness and got our rooms wrong, my family and i went to our room that was on the highest floor and another room on the first floor(rooms were ment to be connected ) and room on the highest the bathroom smelt like mold and toilet water and floors were wet. Outside the bathroom door the floor was wet and had red and strange stains and the other room was okay but the room smelt funky. This has to be the worst place i’ve stayed and this is coming from a 14 year old so i’m brutally honest don’t come here unless you want a room where you feel you can’t even sleep in

Most people are amazing, the property is very very clean.

I did talk to the operations manager Chris today before Check out. He was amazing with his time to discuss the mass amounts of issues that occurred on this trip.

Cons:

Rude front desk associate ( evening).
Room not properly cleaned, dirty towels in the closet and tissue in the floor behind the trash bin.

AC not cooling the room they did leave a fan .

I had very bad experience with this hotel
Pros:

There was issue with parking there was no space to park especially handicap but yet they charged $33 per night for parking

Cons:

I got attacked in their parking lot there’s no security I came and complained the staff made me filled a report and I was told manager will contact me never did in hotel bathroom sink was not working frigate was not working there few wall socket we’re not working and

how close it was to everything

Cons:

the check in process took a bit amount of time. cars were fully parked at the 5 minute drop off area but were parked longer than that. it would have been nice if someone was out there directing all of that.
