Pros:

One of the best stays in the hotel. The whole staff was professional, punctual, and courteous. 100% value for money with all the ameneties, spa, pool, sauna, and breakfast. Although breakfast could have more non desi options, especially sandwiches

We were given a complementary bouqet and a dessert as well which was a kind gesture. Overall, a wonderful stay

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. While I understand that the building itself is an older structure, the current state of the indoor facilities and room furnishings does not reflect the standard expected of a four-star Four Points by Sheraton hotel.

The furniture and fixtures inside the guest rooms are noticeably worn and outdated. A thorough refresh and replacement of the room furnishings would significantly elevate the guest experience and bring the rooms back up to brand standards.

Additionally, I wanted to highlight an area of concern regarding the check-in process and front desk management. While the front desk team is not rude, the service feels disorganized and chaotic. On multiple occasions, staff members stopped mid-conversation while assisting me to address other guests, creating a fragmented experience with a complete lack of personalized attention or structured line management. Implementing a clearer queue system and training staff to focus on one guest at a time would greatly improve efficiency and service quality.

On a positive note, I would like to commend your restaurant team. The service at your dining outlets was top-notch, and the staff there delivered exceptional hospitality throughout my visit.

I share this feedback in the hope that it helps your operational team address room upkeep and front desk workflow. Thank you for your time and attention to these matters.
