Security guards asking for tips. Please give them hand some salary. Because of hotel getting much much money why hotel management not given them good salary
Amazing breakfast loved it
Had an excellent 2-day stay at Four Points by Sheraton Lahore. The hotel was comfortable, elegant, and exceptionally well-managed. A special appreciation for the reception team for their outstanding professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. They made me feel truly welcomed and ensured a smooth and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.
Staff are very helpful and okay amenities onsite such as gym, pool, x3 restaurants and sauna/steam room. Breakfast is decent too.
Paid for the best room, filthy dirty, requested numerous times for them to come back clean. Got changed to another room which was better. Shower head wasn't working but for it to work there's a method, not how it normally works anywhere else. Both rooms, hot water wasn't consistent. I find it crazy how one is paying for the best rooms, to have the worse service.
Onsite spa owner (short guy) wanted to charge extra tax monies in the evening but in the morning didn't charge the extra tax amounts. He then agreed with me, but damage was done. Took my business to the next door hotel - luxus hotel and it's spa. He is extremely rude and has arrogance in him. Not befitting well for a hotel to have a spa that operates like this.
Personally, I wouldn't come back to this hotel, next door hotel Luxus Hotel is better value for money and I didn't encounter these issues at Luxus Hotel. Will come back to Luxus.
