Pros:

Exceptional stay at Four Points by Sheraton Lahore!
The staff provided outstanding hospitality from check-in to check-out. Mr.Aslam Khan also took care of everything during my stay perfectly. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. On top of that, the food was delicious with impressive quality and variety. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back!

Management need to be more concerned of guests. They don't care.

Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and cheerful. Especially mr Nuaman the duty manager who personally made sure my stay was perfect. Special thanks as well to Samer and Abdelrehman from Reception.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr sauber, sehr stylish, gute Speisekarte mit Roomservice. Schönes Rooftop -Lounge mit Pool und Restaurant.

Cons:

Airport-Shuttle hat bei Ankunft leider nicht geklappt (unbedingt nochmal vorher bestätigen lassen, bei Voranmeldung).
