Pros:

The bed was nice and comfortable.The location was great near a lot of things.

The size of the room is ridiculous for almost 400 dollars for 2 nights.. extended stay y
Used to be known for having full kitchens,and is advertised as having a kitchen when you book..THERES NO KITCHEN they just give you a hot plate to cook on now. They charge for the dumbest things..10 bucks per hour to check in early..10.80 to check out per hour after 11.this place was a rip off and I will not be returning EVER.

Again location is great, however the hotel is not what I expected.

The location was the only things i like.

Cons:

I didn’t like the cost to have your room service per day. It was only free room if you was there for 8 days or more.

Pros:

After checking in. The middle stand where the phone is laying, came off the wall and nearly took my toe off.
I called that night, but front desk, didn't do anything.
But, day shift, the front desk tried to help.
We didn't get pillows as requested.
Very disappointed.

Cons:

Didn't like nothing, but location.

Pros:

The room was cozy, the bed was comfy, the whole room in general was very nice. The TV worked great and it was quiet could barely hear anything unless near door. Fridge and freezer fit a lot in them for being a hotel fridge.

Cons:

The breakfast that is offered is ok there is barely any options for anything. The hot plate to cook on worked great but the site shows a full stove so that was a bit of a disappointment.

Disappointed.
Pros:

While not all of our experiences were positive, some staff members were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The advertised "free, healthy breakfast" was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, but it was very disappointing. The selection was minimal, consisting of small granola bars, pre-boiled eggs that appeared to have been prepared off-site, small yogurts with no spoons provided, and individually wrapped mini muffins on only one of the two mornings we stayed. Instead, we ended up eating breakfast at Bob Evans down the street, adding an unexpected cost to our trip.

We also experienced several issues with our room. We requested a room change because our first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. In the second room, the shower did not work, and the floor was noticeably dirty. In addition, we were not told how to access the Wi-Fi or that hair dryers were available upon request until our second day, which made our stay less convenient than expected.
