とても楽しい滞在でした。
Pros:

複合施設の中にあり、たいていの用事はその中で済ませることができます。博多駅、天神、空港のいずれからも遠くなく、滞在には便利です。

Cons:

空港や博多駅とのシャトルバスがあればもっと便利になると思います。

全体的には満足でしたが、部屋の設備を改善してくだされば最高だと思いました!
Pros:

スタッフさんの対応が丁寧で良かった。
大浴場があるのも最高だった。

Cons:

部屋にお水がない事。ない場合にはリクエストがあった場合、1人1日1本いただけるようにして欲しいなと感じました。
部屋に電話がない事。すぐフロント直通の電話をしたかった時に困った。

Good stay but not excellent
Pros:

This is a perfectly fine hotel and is nicely located in the heart of Fukuoka. However, this is a Grand Hyatt and hence not just a mere hotel. Rooms are okay in size but not big, bedroom space is limited compared to bath/shower space. Breakfast is wonderful with a wide selection of food options as you expect. Staff is kind, and super helpful. There was an error made on my bill which is promptly resolved.

Cons:

I thought the rooms were not as quiet as I hoped. The hotel is in the middle/part of a big shopping center with water and light show etc. Entertaining but noisy. As stated the room size is not big certainly not the living/sleeping space. I expected more from a Grand Hyatt at this price level.

Pros:

早餐非常的豐富，特別是在 lounge 的用餐體驗非常舒服。

Cons:

充電插座過少，而且都是兩孔式的插座。電視不易外接 HDMI 的輸出設備。廁所沒有鎖門的機制，有出現非常尷尬的畫面。
