Loved !!! Loved !!! This place !!!
There wasn’t anything not to like
Staff is very friendly. Good location. Near the mall and movie theater and also close to the airport.
Only bad thing about the hotel is they don't have breakfast. You do have a kitchen though to make your own.
Worst hotel I've ever been in I lost power in my room couldn't see couldn't sleep couldn't shower couldn't eat couldn't do anything and when I talk to the lady about it she said she could switch rooms for me so after I got done packing up my things in a dark room came back out the new hotel lady after switching shifts told me she didn't have one that she could put me in that she would have to clean it first
Nothing
I’m the of the night two people who were not guests at the hotel were allowed in the building got into my room while I was sleeping and I was attacked robbed and left for . I suffered a severe concussion from blows to my head and even more in the middle of October nearly 2 months hands shake and I have a loud ringing in my ears. How two people would be allowed in the middle of the night that weren’t got to be allowed in the building and then able to get into my room and attack and rob me as they did is unthinkable and unexcused on the hotels part.
The power went out, stayed out all night, employees didn't seem to be able to get ahold of a supervisor and no one knew what to do. We expected it least a refund but they would not
there was no ac in our room
That it was free laundry.
The convenience of the Laundry Room.
The front desk staff were friendly, even with a very late check in. The location was adequate within a cluster of other long-stay hotels.
The room was very musty and the floor was greasy. We opened the door to the room and essentially slid across the tile floor. The a/c was barely working. The rest of the hotel was clean enough although it didn’t smell very good.
The lobby was updated
The rooms had very hard beds and smelled like mold. Went to open window and there was no screen
The staff was nice and very friendly. The rooms were nice and spacious, and we loved having a kitchen.
We booked our room 5–6 months in advance and ended up paying nearly $600 for three nights. It felt like the rates were significantly increased because there was a cheer competition in town. While I understand that prices can fluctuate based on demand, the amenities and service we received did not justify the cost.
Before our stay, we called customer service and were told that breakfast would be provided. Unfortunately, that was not true. We also arrived to find that the pool was completely drained and unavailable.
During our stay, we asked for a broom to clean up a spill and were told there wasn't one available. We also did not receive any housekeeping service during our three-night stay. When we asked about it, we were informed that the hotel is considered an extended-stay property, so housekeeping is only provided once a week. We were also told there is no breakfast service. If we needed fresh towels or sheets, we had to take the elevator from the 11th floor down to the lobby to exchange them ourselves.
Had we known this was an extended-stay hotel with limited amenities and services, we would have made a different decision. None of these limitations were made clear when we booked. As regular hotel guests paying premium rates, we expected standard hotel services, especially given the high price.
Overall, this stay was very disappointing, and I would not choose this hotel again.
