Would not stay again and therefore can’t recommend
Pros:

Parking and the location

Cons:

This was quite a disappointing experience. Wifi non existent in our room. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows were old stained and one was split in half.
We had don’t disturb sign however cleaning staff still entered the room. This in itself is not acceptable. We didn’t want breakfast so getting only coffee took me 10min because I couldn’t just pay for the coffee and go. Eventually I managed to get it free of charge however to go through this much hassle first thing in the morning is not good experience.

Hôtel parfait en tous points

La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté , la taille de la chambre , la qualité des sanitaires , le plateau repas dans la chambre , le parking en sous sols hyper sécurisé

Cons:

Dans l’établissement tout est parfait par contre l’ambiance a l’extérieur était un peu angoissante , en plein jour vers 17 h des personnes déambulant en trottinette sur les trottoirs proches de nous , nous épiant , criant , nous donnaient une telle sensation d’insécurité … que nous ne sommes pas allés au resto comme prévu … mais avons mangé dans la chambre un plateau repas . Dommage nous n’avons pu visiter Tours

Pros:

Leuke ontvangst, jonge aardige gasten aan de balie die hielpen bij de toegang van de ondergrondse garage ( iets met codes intoetsen). Gewoon lekker overschakelen op het Engels. Goede kamer, alles ok en bovenal een uitstekend ontbijt.

Une nuitée très agréable dans un hôtel à Tours que nous recommandons sans hésitation.
Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le surclassement offert par l’hôtel : au lieu d’une chambre familiale, nous avons bénéficié de deux chambres communicantes, beaucoup plus confortables, sans supplément. Ce geste a été proposé afin d’éviter les nuisances sonores liées à la proximité de la gare, ce qui a été très apprécié.
Le room service pour le petit-déjeuner en chambre était également un vrai plus. L’hôtel était très propre, calme, avec un personnel extrêmement attentionné, sympathique et toujours prêt à conseiller les clients.

Cons:

La seule petite remarque concerne le parking privé de l’hôtel, qui peut être un peu étroit pour les grandes voitures familiales. Hormis cela, tout était parfait.

Great pace to stay while visiting Tours or for overnight stays on-route. Very friendly and dedicated staff
