Convinient place in Tours by the station close to shops and not far from Tours centre.
Pros:

The staff waiting for us to accommodate us and to inform about parking status and most suitable space was kind and really willing to help. We arrived late by 23:30 and that was highly welcomed by us.

Cons:

No tenían preparada la habitación y la persona que nos atendió en recepción, con poca experiencia y capacidad de resolución, pretendía que la niña durmiera sobre la base del "sofa-cama" sin poner un colchón, finalmente nos puso en dos habitaciones separadas porque le dijimos que no aceptábamos eso.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, confortable. Stationnement de notre voiture possible en plein centre ville. Hotel idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, ambiance cosy.

Pros:

Très bon accueil, l'hôtel est bien situé, près du centre et juste à côté de la gare. Les chambres sont très confortables et le petit déjeuner est varié et délicieux! Petit plus, toutes les boissons prises dans le frigo nous ont été offertes.
