Good location
Booked deluxe room..not as advertised on website. No room in the bedroom for even a chair.
Breakfast advertised as 7am - but got told on check in it was 7:30

La habitación era perfecta de tamaño, la cama muy cómoda y la ducha efecto lluvia fantastica para empezar el día. Siempre limpio y a punto. El personal muy amable y atento. La ubicación está muy bien también ya que hay diversas paradas de metro cerca. Un barrio muy tranquilo para relajarse después de tanto caminar por la ciudad.
En el bar del hotel es un sitio de shisha y no tienen alcohol. No podía tomar una cerveza tranquilamente allí, pero sí que es verdad que el personal del hotel me recomendó un pub a 5 minutos que estaba súper bien.

The room was quite big. So was the bath. The cleaning staff quickly serviced our room while we were at breakfast, so that was great. We really appreciated the bath products, including the toothbrush, which was really handy given our bags were delayed. The front staff booked us a really great airport car transfer for our departure to Heathrow. And although the attached restaurant is not affiliated with the restaurant, it's really really good for breakfast (additional charge).
It's an older hotel building and we were in a super confusing room location, which the staff walked us to. This involved a half flight of stairs, a few doors, and an elevator ride. Also, given the older building, the stairs were too small for my big (female) feet! There was a little train noise from outside.

Loved the location. Walking around the immediate neighborhoods and Mews was so fun and beautiful. Our room and bathroom were large and roomy. The shower had great water pressure and temperature and the beds were comfortable. I loved all the counter space in the bathroom!
It was very basic and a bit run down. Breakfast situation was unappealing so we went away for breakfasts. Front desk staff seemed very disconnected. Nothing welcoming going on.
