Never again
Pros:

Stayed at hotel for 2 nights. Room 103 was an okay room, bathroom modern but the bed old and uncomfortable. Worst part was that the room was above a sisha lounge which was active until 4am. Sleep was interrupted until the lounge closed. After a long flight we needed sleep but didn't get it here.

Pros:

Расположение идеальное, тихий спокойный район, в пешей доступности 5-10 минут три станции метро, большой магазин, пабы и аптеки.

Cons:

Вопросы к персоналу, заселили семью в номер для инвалидов, от этого не закрывающаяся дверь в санузле низкая раковина и первый этаж. Мы не стали просить другой номер, очевидно было заселение по национальному признаку.

A good place to stay when going to the Royal Albert Hall
Pros:

Our room was massive as was the bathroom. The staff were friendly.

Pros:

La posizione, la pulizia ,la vicinanza alla metro e a supermercati

Cons:

La doccia nella vasca non adatta ad una anziana come me e la mancanza di un bidè ma questo purtroppo è prassi comune in Gran Bretagna . E infine l'aria condizionata ottenuta tramite un refrigeratore rumorosissimo che era impossibile tenere acceso la notte.

Good location
Pros:

The location is great, can walk to Sainsbury in a few minutes, Earls Court Station and Gloucester Station within walking distance. Pleasant environment. Rooms are big, there is free biscuits everyday besides coffee and tea sachets.

Cons:

Floors are uneven in the upper floor room, and floorboard creaks and caused the large cabinet to shake but the reception staff was unhelpful, no offer to look at how it could be improved. Generally the reception staff just doing the basic, no warm welcome, no friendly good morning, I get much better reception at Premier Inn. Only one staff, i believe he is Malaysian, showed prompt reaction when I told him about the faulty lift. The rooms are big but the upper floor room had this narrow passage leading to the bathroom that has no lights so it is in darkness. The bathtub needs upgrading to a modern shower.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement. 5 minutes à pied du métro et des commerces
Chambre et sanitaires très propres
Chambre à l'arrière donc aucun bruit
Lit un peu mou à mon goût

Cons:

Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur d 'un 4 étoiles
Buffet très très sommaire, c'est la première fois depuis 30 ans que je voyage qu'il n'y a pas d'oeufs ou de bacon au petit déjeuner dans un buffet. Surtout que c'est le pays de l'english breakfast!!!!!

Save your money book elsewhere on the road
Pros:

I liked it was close enough to the buses and tube

Cons:

It was super unclean and had an awful smell near the dressing table area like a damp mould smell. Definitely not the 4 stars google claims it to be. Spend money on others on the same road which are to a higher standard and clean. The pillows and bedding were dusty and air con was so outdated on the brink of not working.
