Pros:

It was in a nice convenient location

Cons:

When we first checked in the toilet wasn't working. The staff turned the water to the toilet back on and it leaked all over the floor. They took a $100 deposit which I still haven't been refunded over a week later.

Not good experience
Pros:

There were no enough parking space and we forced to use valet there was extra charge for it . I am not paying high rate to come there and pay for parking space separately.

Cons:

I had to look for parking space for 40 minutes and ended up to do valet

My stay was excellent and I can’t wait to stay again!
Pros:

Comfort and cleanliness of the room, nice large bathroom, friendly staff that actually cares and checks on you, beautiful entryway inside and out, easy parking, great food and drink, glad to know pets are allowed and will bring mine next time. I loved the Beauty and the Beast decor where the ice machine is on the 14th floor, so cute! Cannot wait to stay here again!

Cons:

Walls seemed a little thin. But other than that I loved my stay and was sad to have to leave.

No Rest, Body Aching Hotel
Pros:

Hotel Location, The Beach

Cons:

The Hotel, the Bed is OLD and UNFOMFORTABLE if you suffer from any type of back issues Do Not Stay, the Pillows are feather and TOOOOOO SOFT, if you have Neck issues Do Not Stay, the Hotel is pet friendly but the barking of a guest dog was ALLLLLLLLLLĹLLL NIGHT and DAY. the AC does Not cool correctly well in our room atleast, the WORST PART, the PARKING at the Hotel is HORRRRRRRIBLE it gets full fast and they share parking with the Gym so you they have bigger parking area then the Hotel, If you have Sciatic issues Do Not stay their, Do to the limit of spaces to park they rent a parking structure across the street behind a building with a sign that says Hilton extended parking, but they dont tell you tht their is a short cut instead of having to walk Allllllllll around the front building that is empty and creepy, it does get dark in that area so B Safe.

Overall, stay was acceptable and staff is making the effort. Please rectify dislikes.
Pros:

Room was clean, most staff were engaging and nice, workout room was spacious with lots of options, the daily hydration station in the lobby was an excellent touch , elevators were timely.

Cons:

Water issues…(weak flow, temperature, needed to be shutoff during stay), $35 self park and $40 valet with limited street parking is greed at its finest (tell valet company to stop EXPECTING tips if you guys are going to charge that much), workout room needs AC/ventilation (very stuffy).
