Schön, aber nachts viel zu laut.
Pros:

Die Aussicht aus dem 9.Stock war unverbaut und wir konnten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Lidl, Continente und McDonald‘s sind direkt nebenan. Für die hohe Anzahl an Privat- und Ferienwohnungen ist es innerhalb des Gebäudes sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Leider liegt der Wohnkomplex an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstrasse. Tag und Nacht herrscht dort Verkehr, mit oft sehr lauten Fahrzeugen, die extra beschleunigen, um ihre Motoren aufheulen zu lassen. Nachts ist das nervtötend und fast ein K.O.-Kriterium. Wir sind jetzt mitten im Zentrum von Lissabon untergebracht…Es ist leiser hier.

Pros:

Gran terraza con buenas vistas a la ciudad. Piscina limpia y tranquila. Tanto el check-in como el check-out fueron fáciles y cómodos de hacer.

Cons:

El alojamiento no olía muy bien. No había ni jabón para lavarse las manos (aunque es cierto que no especificaba que lo tuviera). Aun con las ventanas cerradas se escuchaban bastante ciertos vehículos al pasar por la carretera que queda justo debajo del edificio.

Agradável
Pros:

Apartamento bem localizado e limpo, com o que precisamos para cozinhar.

Cons:

A casa de banho tem um odor forte e desagradável. Não me parece ser falta de limpeza, e sim algo que vem dos canos pois é um cheiro parecido com esgoto. Senti falta de um sabão para lavar as mãos na casa de banho também.

Loiça e afins cheiravam a mofo. Tampa da sanita solta e estendal estragado. As cortinas do quarto não cobrem totalmente a luz.

Tamaño y comodidad del apartamento, todo funcionaba bien y estaba muy bien equipado asi como la piscina y zonas comunes cuidadas

Cons:

Creo que hechamos en falta jabon de manos aunque sea y que el jabon de los platos no fuera agua con jabon (obviando que faltaban productos mas de detalle como champu gel productos de cocina secador o cualquier material porque se llega a entender)

Está bastante céntrico,
Andando en 15min. Estabas en la playa o en el centro
Supermercado al lado
