Un hotel recomendable aunque con sus cositas
Pros:

Un hotel al que ya había ido en otras ocasiones.
Muy bien situado y con una relación calidad/precio imbatible, en mi opinión.
Habitaciones amplias y baño espacioso. Armario amplio.
Buena limpieza y un housekeeping atento y servicial.
Un personal, en líneas generales, amable y con ganas de hacer las cosas bien.

Cons:

Pagar casi 50 $USA por el desayuno para la calidad y variedad que ofrece me parece una barbaidad. Solo lo utilizamos una vez. El resto de las veces desayunamos en las decenas de opciones mejores que hay en las inmediaciones.

El intercambio de ascensores para llegar a las habitaciones. Desde la planta baja subes al Lobby, que está en la cuarta planta y de ahí debes cambiar de ascensor para subir a las habitaciones.

Las camas eran cómodas, pero las almohadas horribles.

La caja fuerte estaba metida (literalmente) en un cajón. O sea, que si quieren robarte no hace falta que abran la caja, con llevarse el cajón sería suficiente (mala seguridad en este caso).

Overall, great stay, great location, nice size room!
Pros:

Had croissant and coffee in hotel cafe. Location was excellent!!

Cons:

Prefer NOT to have carpet in room; better lighting - lamps, very dim; replace outdated tub with updated shower; remove cloth shower lining. More elevators needed - very slow and crowded, had to wait for the next elevator, multiple times.

Vom Hotel aus erreicht man U‑Bahn, Busse, Shops und viele Touren bequem zu Fuss.
Pros:

Die direkte Lage am Times Square ist einmalig. Die Zimmer sind gross und bieten allen Komfort.
Das Frühstück kann entweder am Buffet eingenommen oder in einem nahegelegenen Shop genossen werden.

Cons:

Rooms seem older. Not all rooms have great view., when you pay almost 1000 bucks for ‘king’ you expect you are allocated a room with a better view. Especially when you stay for 2 weekdays out of the total 4 days.

Relaxed hotel in the heart of all the action. Location was excellent
Pros:

My daughter left her teddy bear behind and the hotel located it and wrote to my daughter with a present , letter and returned her teddy. They dealt with the whole situation wonderfully. Gina Marie couldn’t have done enough and we really appreciated all her help.
