arrived to find the room we picked didn't allow pets in the room. We would not have stayed there. the front desk person was rude and refused to help with cancellation. We had to drive around and find another hotel. She claimed they didn't even have a room we could get with our pet
Location is superior-
The pool is no longer there!
Great Breakfast and very nice upgraded facility.
No pool
DO NOT STAY HERE. We woke up in the middle of the night to find the floors soaking wet and disgusting. My wife slipped and nearly fell. We had to lay down towels just to avoid injury.
The manager told us the AC had to be set to a frigid 65–68°F to keep the floors from “sweating,” and offered us an extra blanket so we wouldn’t be cold. That was their solution.
We immediately left the hotel and cancelled the rest of our stay. Best Western still billed us for that horrid, sleepless night.
The building was dated, but the biggest problem was the complete lack of a coffee pot and the staff was not friendly.
Absolutely horrible experience. Had to walk through so much smoke to get to the room checking in late at night. Realized in the morning how much black mold was in the room. Then, when trying to get breakfast, was illegally denied because my service animal was with me. Never stay here. What a horrible experience. I will be filing a complaint with the ADA since it is illegal to deny service to a disabled person with a service animal.
Very enjoyable experience for us. Clean, friendly and great location. Staff called to let me know I forgot my glasses.
Can't think of anything.
The food or blood splatter on the wall. The random insects in the room, the mold around the shower. The broken bathroom sink drain. Cigarette butts on the grounds. They should charge $40 for smokers, my dog is a lot cleaner
$40 pet fee. Rude staff and/or manager. Not sure what country they were from but they clearly despise white Americans. A staff member in a turbin hovered over me at breakfast, I felt like a teenager going into a liquor store with the mgr expecting me to steal something
לא ניקו את החדר!
over all everything ------GOOD !
Location is easy to get in and parking was never an issue. Fast check in. Mini Fridge in room. Had Breakfast until 10am.
We had ants and small flies that would appear. Beds felt small and pillows didnt seem standard size but rather euro square. Im not sure what the usual housekeeping policy is but it was frustrating that no one came in and assessed or swapped towels, trash or tidying was ever done. Housekeeping staff told me if I had any trash just to throw away in outside can. We arent messy and kept room neat but small cans didnt hold.much and we ran out of things. Breakfast attendant stands in area and has a firm shut down at 10am and kinda stared us down, felt awkward. No one was present at desk at checkout. Some nitpicking but I think its a bare minimum experience.
