The breakfast was good, good variety, and serving area and dining room were very clean and continuously attended. The property seems to be maintained well, and the location was convenient for our activities. Staff was helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

false advertising that you have a pool.
Pros:

the breakfast was decent, and the guy running the breakfast was nice and professional.

Cons:

The website shows a pool, so we booked a place with a pool, and it was filled in with concrete and turned into a dog bathroom area. that is false advertisement, the kids were definitely disappointed.

Great location close to the shops in town. And a good view.
We love Cades Cove and it closer to it.

Overall a pretty good stay, just need softer queen beds

Rooms were clean and looked nice. Breakfast was very good

Cons:

Bathrooms need work. Sheet work and things of that nature. Queen beds were not comfortable. Were very hard!!

It was fine. It was close to where we needed to be, and the room was big enough which I appreciated.
Cons:

There was a weird odor in the room and the fridge didn't work. We had to ask for a shower curtain, but it was brought to room quickly.
