Uncomfortable and unclean
Cons:

Unhelpful staff, we left early due to uncleanliness, we're not encouraged to stay or any help to address our concerns. Cockroach spotted in hallway, room unclean rice in corner of room. Linen grey and old. Staff just said, this sometimes happens as food left in hallway. How can they be so nochalent about all of this and not help the guest?

Un séjour confortable
Pros:

La taille des chambre et la deco, la piscine.

Cons:

Le jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas et le parking payant 10$ par nuit. C’est vraiment abusé. Le petit dej très cher 20$ pour une offre assez limitée.

Inconvenient location for parking with horrible customer service.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

First they couldn’t find my itinerary from booking.com , I was being questioned from left and right. There was only one entrance after certain hour, I was but in the far back where there were people screaming walking by , shouting near that vita restaurant with a bunch of events going on. Parking is impossible to find. I stayed for 3 days still at a very early morning hour the maid knocked on my door.

We had a nice stay and loved the Italian restaurant.
Pros:

I liked that the hotel was in a clean neighborhood. We loved the view of PCC and the rolling hills from our window. We also ate at Vita the Italian restaurant which was connected to the hotel. It was delicious .
