Location was nice. Breakfast was warm and tasty with plenty of options.

Cons:

I had already contacted the hotel and asked for adjoining rooms. They confirmed they had a king that adjoins two queens.
We get to check in and the employee stated that since it was a third party they didnt have communication. I pulled up my email between holiday inn, not booking.com and informed her that was incorrect. She never apologized, just said "this is what we have." Rude, and didnt offer to help solve the problem.

Comfortable, clean bed, microwave and fridge worked well, water in bathroom was hot, we had a good
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was much better than others we've had.

Cons:

The shower nozzle was very loose and had to be held to use it.
Room darkening shades would have been nice with the floodlights in the parking lot, but we didn't need a nightlight, LOL

Pros:

Beds were great! Room was clean!

Cons:

Some things needed to be fixed, the table between the beds was about to fall off, better toilet paper if possible and toilet kept running, had to giggle the handle for it to stop
