They maxed out my credit card after I left because they “made a mistake” and charged me twice for my stay. They also never told me how much parking per day was. When I called to speak with the staff and ask for a manager to ask why no one told me about this “mistake” of over charging me and maxing out my credit card, they wouldn’t answer me. I asked to speak with someone higher up, and they never called me back but emailed me that all they could do was refund the double charge, and pay for part of my parking. I was on a vacation when they maxed my vacation card out and was basically stranded other than cash. They didn’t seem to want to acknowledge or apologize or make up for their mistake. This was a terrible stressor for myself and my husband.

The dining options were poor.
The restaurant was expensive (madly so considering the "captive" nature of breakfast). On my first morning I tried the restaurant, I was only the 2nd customer dining there. The server repeatedly forgot my order, coming back to check multiple times. Served cold coffee (because he didn't return with the milk for over 10 minutes). Service was slow. The food, when it arrived, was tasty but the portion size was very small. Paying $48 for two poached eggs on tiny pieces of toast with coffee???
The hotel décor was tired and dated, both in the rooms and the hallways etc.
Paying $35 per night on top of room rate to park my car there was just outrageous.

Very small room. Moldy walls in bathroom. Broken tiles in bathroom. Closet doors kept getting stuck. No full length mirror. Room cleaned only once during 3 night stay. Charged $35 per night to park and never told us there was a free parking lot directly across the street

The gym needs to be updated. The equipment is old and outdated for a Hilton Hotel.
They also only clean the rooms every other day now. That was another cut that Hilton made when they purchased this hotel.

Old and need face lift

The hotel needed major upgrades. They only clean the rooms every few days so we didn't get clean towels and had to ask for coffee. They charge $35 per day for parking and there was tons of extra room.

They couldn't find our Booking.com reservation and said it was because they changed their PMS system. Moved to a larger room but second bed was an uncomfortable sofa sleeper.

minor annoyances- oversized king around-the-mattress frame in a small room- little space to walk and bed corners brutally hard on the shins! furnishings were in disorder- tv had to be reset to watch directtv, desk outlets usb+ac not alive, clock was set wrong.

Bed was hard, hair on shower wall, carpets have lots of stains, apples at reception were rotten and staff clearly didn't pay any attention. Like literally half the apple was super brown and very obvious. I pointed it out and nithibg was dine so I disposed it. "Balcony" room was a walk out without any furniture to sit.

I asked for my room to be clean the floors to be mopped. They were filthy. I mopped the floor myself and sent it down to house cleaning, and they tried to give me a different story. I asked to speak with a manager who never contacted me. The first room they put me and had Cheerios on the floor glitter in the chair and the fan to the air conditioner would not shut off. The beds are hard as rocks.
