Conveniently located
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of a train station exit, which made it very easy to reach. It’s also very close to the airport station. The Dotonbori area is within walking distance, so I would definitely stay there again next time I visit Osaka.

Cons:

Everything was good—no complaints.

I really liked that this hotel was located RIGHT outside the train station. It was very clean and modern and there's a convenience store right downstairs, which could get a little busy with other hotel guests. The hotel had items you could borrow so you don't need to bother packing or buying one while you're traveling. I borrowed a hair brush dryer and an umbrella during my stay. I also liked the self check-in.

Cons:

I was under the impression that the hotel had luggage forwarding but it did not, which was a bit inconvenient but at least they had a location for luggage forwarding/storage very nearby! I also found the room to be super tiny and there was only a view of a brick wall but I guess that just depends on which room you paid for. If I knew ahead, I think I would have opted to upgrade my room! Also, even though there are 3 elevators, they took forever.

Top locatie, goede faciliteiten
Pros:

Goede waterdruk van de douche, bagage opslag en een toplocatie bij Namba station en winkelcentra. Je bent ook zo in Dotonbori. Aardig personeel.

Cons:

Matras was niet heel zacht. Kamer was vrij klein maar dat wisten we van te voren.
