We did a muay thai class with K.Badminton and the experience was amazing. We learned a lot from him and looking forward to participate in future classes with him.

Very nice partner stretching session with Kavin. Truly enjoyable to start the day like this. Staff at Banyan Tree Fitness centre is very friendly. Will definitely come back again. Look forward to our upcoming Muay Thai session.

Jimmy attended us beyond expectation. It's sad that we came to visit during renovation of the rooftop bar which is the best spot for views and photos. Moreover, everything is excellent! We had the most amazing time at Banyan Tree! Service was excellent and the staff were all very kind, attentive, and helpful. Aor and her team in the restaurant at breakfast were out of this world in terms of service quality and attentiveness. We were greeted everywhere we went and given excellent treatment. The food was incredible at the breakfast buffet and had great variety.

We had a wonderful experience at Saffron Cruise! The food was delicious with a great variety of dishes, and the hospitality was exceptional from start to finish. The ambience was beautiful, creating a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the cruise departed and returned right on time.

A special thank you to our waiter, Jack, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. He made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening and was also very helpful in taking beautiful photos for us, making our experience even more memorable. His excellent service truly stood out. Highly recommended—we would definitely come back!

The lunch buffet from Vertigo is excellent. I enjoy the meal very much particularly with the stunning view. The service particularly from Aor is perfect.

Exceptional Service and Heartwarming Hospitality – A Remarkable Second Stay!

This was my second time staying at the Banyan Tree Hotel, Bangkok (from June 20–23), and once again, it did not disappoint anyone of us. Even though parts of the hotel were undergoing renovation, our experience remained absolutely remarkable and seamless. The service here is truly impeccable, but what makes this hotel stand out from the rest is undoubtedly its people, their sincerity, and their authentic care.

A few special highlights from our stay:

Terrarium Experience: We had a fantastic experience making our first ever terrarium. It was relaxing, creative, as well as therapeutic. We learned everything we need to know from our expert teacher, T-Master Khun Oat, he was simply wonderful.

Khun Oar (Breakfast Service at Vertigo): On our second day, Khun Oar (dressed in a sharp black suit) took incredible care of us during breakfast. She was incredibly proactive, caring, and efficient, ensuring we had absolutely everything we needed before we even had to ask, she is simply so proactive. The selection of food during the breakfast buffet was also great.

The Front Office Team & The "Superman" Surprise: The following day, before our trip to the Wat Phra Kaew temple, a wonderfully friendly front office staff member approached us while we were waiting for our ride and offered us some refreshing canned water. He immediately bonded with our grandson over their shared love for Superman, keeping him laughing with jokes. The next morning, our grandson was surprised with a stuffed toy featuring his own name, accompanied by a card of Superman personalized with his face! It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that he never expected. He even tried to look for him the next day to say goodbye, but he was unfortunately on his day off.

The awesome Wendy (Front Office): She was equally amazing. She constantly checked in on us throughout our stay, ensuring we were always comfortable and having a lovely time.

Kudos as well to the Housekeeping team for maintaining our room immaculately clean throughout our stay.

They say that what truly differentiates a hotel is its staff, and that could not be more true for the River Tree Hotel. Their team is the absolute gem of the property. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to come back and stay here again and again. Cheers!
