Pleasant and enjoyable stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok
Pros:

Room and breakfast were excellent. Staff like Anny was very friendly and helpful. The staffs in breakfast lounge were very polite. Food was reasonable and had variety. The view from Vertigo was breathtaking.

A quality hotel with a good location.
Pros:

Excellent staff, very clean good quality room. Vertigo and Moon bars are an excellent place for food and drinks with a fantastic view. A very good location in Bangkok for areas such as Central World and Erawan.

Cons:

The Air Conditioning to our room waa not functioning very well upon initial access to our bedroom, however this was suitably rectified within a few hours. Otherwise no issues with this hotel.
