Very disappointed very restless night. Wouldn’t stay again. In need of decor renovation

Room was unclean damp and mould on the bedding, room had an awful stale odour. Carpet was soaking wet from leaking air con unit. Remote didn’t work for tv. Telephone didn’t work and alarm clock.
Deadbolt was very stiff.

Woke up in the morning and everything felt damp

Wasn’t Cleaned , the room hadn’t a proper ventilation so that humidity in there was a problem, all out things got wet. The facilities were very old

Pros:

el desayuno es bueno.
el servicio de traslado a los parques es bueno, excepto el horario de regreso que es muy temprano.
la ubicación es muy buena para los parques y los outlets.

Cons:

tuvimos varios inconvenientes con temas de mantenimiento: la ducha, el control del tv, la entrada a la habitación, el secador del pelo, un ascensor que no funciona. tuvimos que pasar por 3 habitaciones, llegar cansado y tarde a mover todas las cosas no es nada agradable. La recepción solo tiene una persona para solucionar y el hotel es muy grande. el personal de mantenimiento es muy amable y servicial pero sin duda deben tener todas estas cosas solucionadas antes de recibir a los huéspedes. esperaba una estancia mas agradable.

Este hotel no está en buenas condiciones para que se queden. Terminé enferma en el hospital me quedé viernes 31 de July

Absolutamente nada

Cons:

Los cuartos estaban sucios, el aire no funcionaba, me cambiaron 3 veces de cuarto porque los cuartos q me dieron tenían humedad y moho negro por todo el cierto incluyendo el baño, el hotel está lleno de humedad, las puertas de los cuartos no funcionan aveces, te desactivan la llave del cuarto 30 antes del check out sin tu permiso sin saber si andas en el cuarto.
