Pros:

The Millennium Hotel Queenstown was a great place to stay. The location is perfect—walking distance to town, but far enough out to easily find free parking nearby. The room was beautiful, and the amenities were well thought out. Staff were friendly from check-in to check-out, with excellent service throughout. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the bathroom was abit of a let down, as there was no exhaust fan, so it stayed quite damp after showers, including the floors, walls, and bench tops, requiring us to use towels, which didn’t feel very hygienic.

Modern facility with comfortable beds and excellent value.
Pros:

Great value for our family of 3 to stay in one room. While our stay was short we could not fault the accommodation.

Cons:

On a hill a 10 minute stroll from central Queenstown. Not a problem for me but not ideal if you have accessibility needs.

Cons:

I hope the staff who cleaned my room can be more attentive at work in the future. One day,I sat down on the edge of the small round table when I sat down. I felt intense pain at that moment. So I checked the reason and found the half of the sofa was under the table.

Overall great stay, Would stay again!
Pros:

Room lovely and clean. Great shower.

Cons:

Didn't like the square pillow on the bed - other than that very comfortable.
Would have been great to have water coolers one each floor to make filling water bottles easier!

Overall we’re happy with our stay, just need to improve a few small things and it would be great
Pros:

Staff are incredibly helpful and polite. Very accomodating towards kids and reasonable with discounts etc.
We discovered our shower head was broken during the first shower, we told staff and it was fixed promptly.
Beds were very comfy (but bottom sheet needs to be bigger as the mattress was constantly exposed while lying in bed)
Cleanliness was great, bedrooms were serviced every day by staff. Also nicely renovated and cosy.
Spa and sauna were great! Kids loved it
Location was great, we had our own car so drove around but is easily walking distance to town.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast is average at best. Hot food is no good. Not worth the money. Didn’t bother with any other meals
Parking was an additional $15 per day.
Netflix wouldn’t cast to our TV but other apps worked.
No sink in our room (except the bathroom) despite having a jug, only had one small carton of milk in the fridge and that’s it.
Rooms have no sound proofing at all! You can hear everything from people in the corridors and above
