Great location and restaurant
Pros:

Staff were amazing!!
Facilities and restaurant was great too. Breakfast was always nice to have.
Just overall a nice stay for our trip for our little family. :)

Cons:

Not sure about house keeping- we always found they didn’t take some rubbish with them each day?
So we were finding ourselves having to empty our rubbish bins down in carpark everyday. At one point we rang reception about it - they said to leave the rubbish outside our door and housekeeping would take it- just not sure why it wasn’t done when they were cleaning our rooms.

Comfy beds, cozy hotel, lovely staff
Pros:

Really lovely restaurant for breakfast buffet, fire etc, very cozy
Friendly kitchen staff making extras was no trouble at all
Friendly staff especially Bella at the front desk

Cons:

Nothing really, but I have a suggestion. Perhaps the courtyard would be better if it was utilised better.
Like a small bar, or fireplace through the winter that guests could sit at. Happy hour mulled wine 🥰
