Please note that there is a 2% transaction fee when you pay with a credit card or a Visa or MasterCard debit card. There is no surcharge for payments made with EFTPOS or cash.

A valid credit card must be presented on arrival, and be in the same name as the guests's name on the booking confirmation. An incidentals bond may be required. For all pre-paid bookings, the credit card used to facilitate payment must also be presented on arrival.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at the time of booking.

No nonsense. Perfect for those who want location and want comfort. Not somewhere you stay 24/7 - but a great base.
Pros:

Pros:

We had a short stay at the hotel and found it convenient in proximity to town with friendly helpful staff. I had no trouble with reserving a parking bay for a night and found the self serve laundry very useful. All in all, enjoyed our stay.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and bright.
Loved the taste testing of local fudges.
Staff was very helpful and soooo friendly every day! Were very helpful when we needed directions to local food and helped us book a shuttle back to the airport.

Great hotel and location except if you d like to use the sauna which was old and dirty.

Loved staying at Millennium Hotel Queenstown. Staff best I have ever seen.
Pros:

Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and we liked it as we could go out to the court yard. The best thing is that the staff was very helpful and professional, from the first day until we checked out. We would differently book again and tell our friends and family

Cons:

There was nothing we can think of that we didn’t like.
