We paid for a room with a fireplace, and the fireplace wasn't working. In fact, the staff said none of the fireplaces work. That is false advertising.
The roomier elbow space, good temperature off the bat. Very charming room. Home like atmosphere from greeting, room, and breakfast. Good coffee !

The rooms were just recently renovated and were so nice. My family had plenty of room even when my son and his family stopped over to visit! Breakfast was amazing, my niece loved dressing up her waffles every morning and we loved the Wednesday night reception! It was great to have a bite to eat when we arrived that night and a glass of wine!!!
Not that I loved having to find a place last minute after my air bnb cancelled on me, but I am so glad that it did, this was the perfect place to stay for our family time and shopping trip out to Syracuse!!
Only complaint which was fixed immediately was that the body was empty in one of the showers.
Breakfast had a variety of options each day, was always warm and well attended by staff.
The blackout curtains in bedroom don’t close.
Very clean, nice size rooms, amazing breakfast buffet and they had gluten free options!
Not really keen on the barking dogs at 530am and then when we left our room at 7 was greeted by a dog running free in the hallway. Luckily it was not aggressive but you never know.
