La localizacion, cerca de parada de metro y autovus muy bien conectada con el centro

Cons:

Pese a que el personal fue muy atento, a preguntas sobre si Atocha tenia sistema de taquillas o si había que reservsr con antelacion para entrar en museos principales como el Prado no sabian. Me sorprende que en un Hotel en Madrid no sepan orientar a los turistas sobre ese tipo de cuestiones básicas
