Siamo stati bene, nonostante…
Pros:

Il signore alla reception che, al nostro arrivo, è stato gentilissimo, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli utili e ci ha assegnato una camera bellissima. La camera, con la vista sulla Marina ci è piaciuta moltissimo; anche la piscina è la vasca idromassaggio erano molto belle

Cons:

Siamo stati 3 notti e non ci hanno nemmeno rifatto il letto, nè hanno cambiato gli asciugamani! La piscina era fredda (visto il clima di San Francisco sarebbe meglio che fosse riscaldata!) ed intorno era piuttosto sporco.

Front Desk Phenomenal
Pros:

Milton at the front desk went above and beyond to provide a great guest experience. This was a last second booking because the hotel I originally booked couldn't check me in because their system was down. I was exhausted and irritated from a lot of driving but Milton made me feel right at home. It took a while for my reservation to pop up on his end but he was so patient. He even made sure to put us in a quiet room so I could get better rest. Thank you so much!!

MUCH MUCH BETTER THAN APPEARS FROM OUTSIDE
Pros:

Excellent (except for pillows - they need to be replaced - not comfortable - - but beds were very very comfy).

It was a nice hotel overlooking the marina

Cons:

Guest where mostly ghetto and noisy lowed but you are in Oakland could not expect any thing more just was hard to sleep with people causing a commotion to keep everyone up

Kim is the best employee
Pros:

Kim is always willing to help. Explains all amenities and go out of her way to help when needed. Very professional and should be a Manager.
