Pros:

It was a nice hotel overlooking the marina

Cons:

Guest where mostly ghetto and noisy lowed but you are in Oakland could not expect any thing more just was hard to sleep with people causing a commotion to keep everyone up

Pros:

Quick but amazing stay, I wish I were here for longer. Milton Davis at the front desk really put the cherry on top. A ray of sunshine, making me feel so warmly welcomed after such a long trip.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and was very spacious. We also loved the beautiful sunset view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The breakfast was good, and overall, this hotel offers great value for the money. The only minor downside was that the air conditioner seemed a bit old and made some noise while running. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay and one we’d gladly consider again

The property itself would need a bit of refurbishing. However, it is equipped with the necessary to have a comfortable stay. There is a bus line in front of the inn that brings you to Oakland.

From the moment I walked into Executive Inn & Suites, Milton Davis made me feel genuinely welcome. His customer service was exceptional! He was professional, friendly, and incredibly informative, making sure I knew everything I needed about my stay. He answered my questions with patience and had such a positive attitude.

The best part was his personality—we laughed and had a great conversation from the time I arrived until he handed me my room key. It’s not every day you meet someone who can turn a simple check-in into such an enjoyable experience.

Milton truly went above and beyond to make a great first impression for the hotel. Because of him, I felt like more than just another guest.
