お得感はかなりまりました。来年も利用しようと思いました！
Pros:

一泊あたり1000円かかりますが、地下駐車場がありレンタカーなど使用した場合駐車場で困ることはありません。毎年ススキノ周辺で宿泊するのですが、駐車場に困っていたので今回とても楽でした。また、大浴場があり、広々としたサウナがいいです！

Cons:

朝食が外国人向けという感じで、和食が少なかった印象でした。また4泊したのですが、毎日同じメニューだったので飽きました。

A nice hotel near Sapporo centre
Pros:

The Hotel is a bit old inside but it is big and comfortable. It is overpized for what they offer you and the location. It is about 15/20 minutes walk from the centre but if you travel by car is good because it has got a parking space (you have to pay for it)

Cons:

The staff was very strict and rigid. They don’t offer you a lot for what you pay (just water). It is a bit too old inside.

Very disappointed and overrated.

The in room massage.

Cons:

The property is not close to a 4 star hotel-more like a 3.5. It should not have that rating. The place is very run down, there are no services, the location is not good-it is too far from the center of town and you must take a taxi to get to and from the hotel. Very disappointed. The rooms are dark. Desperately in need of a makeover. There isn’t even coffee service. Housekeeping did not clean the rooms-they changed the towels and made the beds but there was no cleaning of the bathroom or the room. The AC did not work well-luckily it wasn’t too hot while we were there. I do not understand why this hotel has a high rating on booking.com. I think the ratings are skewed unfortunately.
