Installations were modern and staff was very friendly
All good
We did not have breakfast during our stay at the hotel
Good location.
Friendly staff
low noise level
Poor Heating system in the rooms - not great for sleeping because of dry heat
This has been my experience over several stays.
The experience was better than expected. The hotel looked brand new even though it has been around for about 2 decades. The staff was friendly, everything was impeccably clean, the gym was very nice, and the pool area very inviting. I would not really recommend the food menu (it seemed limited to me), but the bar was nice. There are nearby shops and coffee-houses to help pass the time.
We loved how’d clean the property was and staff was friendly!
Nothing to complain about
Zero empathy! Charged full cash rate for a missed award stay during a family emergency.
I had a room booked here using a World of Hyatt Free Night Award. Due to a sudden family emergency, I was unable to make the stay. I proactively offered a fair compromise: let the hotel keep and forfeit my free night certificate so they were still compensated, and waive the cash penalty.
Local management flatly refused. They chose to charge my credit card the full, expensive cash rate out-of-pocket for a stay that was supposed to be completely free.
To make matters worse, front desk staff gave me the runaround on the phone, claiming a manager wasn't available when they actually were.
This property cares far more about squeezing a quick cash fee out of an empty room than they do about human empathy or customer loyalty. Avoid this hotel.
Nothing
It’s a very simple for party and stuff are not kind although it was almost 3 PM. They didn’t allow us to check in. They said before 4 o’clock you cannot check in that’s true and for one hour they ask another $50 which is weird although we have three rooms and there is availability. They didn’t check in us until four and they were very rude. I will never stay there. Also room walls are very tiny. It’s not comfortable. They watch too much noise from the highway. Take a chance and go somewhere else. Do not stay in this hotel.
I made a reservation for June 18–20; I paid for it at 1:00 a.m. on June 19 via Booking. The hotel sent me a message through Booking stating that my reservation had been confirmed. Booking sent a notification stating that I did not need to pay any fees at the hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 4:00 a.m. on June 19, and the receptionist, a woman named Mylette, told me my reservation had been canceled and demanded $515 from me. I showed her the receipt proving I had already paid. I told her I had already paid and didn’t need to pay again. But she insisted that I had to pay. I drove here from Los Angeles; I’ve been awake for 24 hours, and they wouldn’t let me into the hotel, so I had to spend the day in my car. This was the worst treatment I’ve ever experienced in my life. I will never, ever stay at a hotel with such disgraceful customer service again, and I strongly advise you to stay away from this hotel. The hotel is a complete disaster in every way.

We chose a hotel close to Levi's Stadium – we planned to attend a World Cup game in the morning. Our hotel room was clean and staff was pleasant and accommodating. But the room is beyond noisy. The hotel abuts a highway and many of the rooms only have single-pane windows. You can hear every single sound coming from the highway. These sounds are amplified by the interior courtyard (where there is a nice pool) which acts as a bouncy wall for the highway noises. Neither my husband or I managed much sleep.
Bring your strongest ear plugs, even for sitting on the couch or brushing your teeth. The noise is truly terrible.
Hotel room is clean and the bathroom is good. Only thing is that the bathroom is small and it doesn't have a bath.tub. The elevator malfunctioned on day 2 and was never fixed. 2 thread mills are not working and we're not fixed. Swimming pool is very small.
Room smell like pee I was charged an incidental charge called to find out why was giving the complete run around. I final got ahold of the manager ERICK after several calls to be told he would call back and of course no call back , front desk person Danielle and Scarlet I feel are apart of the scheme because they just kept forwarding me to a voicemail and were very short and rude. A family weekend gone wrong because of the hotels poor customer service and additional charges oh and I ask for a foilio 3 times and still have not received. One
This property was just remodeled. It’s got a light, airy beach vibe. The front desk manager and staff (Darius) upgraded me to a small suite with a huge balcony. The furnishings or spacious and grateful for the three of us and
carpeting looks great- immaculate.
The breakfast menu is very limited, but I liked the coffee and juice. Atalano the server is nice and remembered our orders for juice and coffee each day.
