Location was good , the staff at check in were helpful and polite

Cons:

The AC in the room was poor and smelled of smoke, I was charged $25:00 for parking when the check in said they would pay it, the staff member at check out had bad BO

Excellent location and very convenient transport.

Cons:

staff were truly friendly and service was very good, but unable resolved issues, even after moving us to three different rooms the aircon still didn’t work at all and the problem was never resolved, plus no toothbrush, toothpaste or slippers were provided.

Hotel in a great location
Pros:

Fantastic location. Restaurants, Bars and Shopping all around. Excellent if coming off the train or underground.
10 min walk to Elizabeth Quay
Friendly staff
Spotlessly clean

Cons:

View from the window. A wall with someone's discarded rubbish left there

Terrible Pillows. And blankets were quite thin.
Room Air Conditioner was very loud and didnt really work.
No Fresh Air was not good either.
No Ventilation in the bathroom

Clean and did the job but will not see us back in that hotel again.
Pros:

Close to the city centre

Cons:

Very crammed, understood that parking was supplied but had to pay for parking in the Wilson car park where there was homeless people and drug taking occurring. Breakfast was stated to be $25 per person but instead we got charged $32 per person.

Convenient location but the room could have been better maintained.

Cons:

There was food on the floor from the last guest. The room had a smell of body odour or food when we arrived that remained the whole time. The room was hot and the only way to cool it was to turn the aircon up but it was very loud.
