The lady at the counter said I wasn’t eligible for breakfast. I had to show her my booking which included breakfast. It was an embarrassing situation.

Clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The location was great, with easy access to the city and nearby attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The room was generally clean, however there was some mould in the bathroom that could be addressed.

The Ibis on Murray Street was in a fantastic location close to train stations and restaurants, the staff were lovely and welcoming.
