Not great value considering nearby hotels
Staff were great and room was clean but i didnt like the room i was allocated
Location of room . Also the elevator smelled really bad
It was central which was what we wanted, we could walk to lots of attractions, good public transport outside. Breakfast was good and plentiful. We ate dinner, and had drinks at the Chelsea most nights, cos we considered we were "home". Cheery staff, very helpful. We would stary again.
We were always supplied with only two towels for the 2 of us, so kept asking for another towel for a hand towel for use after washing hands. We dont use personal towels at home to dry hands.

Great location in the Perth City 🌆 we had a great room with a view, staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice. We will be staying again.

The hotel was very central to town. Breakfast was very good and catered for my daughter who is gluten intolerant.

The pillows were horribly thin, the aircon wasn’t cooling properly, no hot water in the morning.

The lift got stuck on the 5th floor. It was a bit unnerving.
