Friendly staff, close to shopping and a training course I was attending

There wasn’t a breakfast in the evening there was no evening meals. The restaurant was shut for two days. Nobody who’s designed that room has stepped in that bed. There’s nowhere to plug in anything. There’s no light above the bed. I’d put the chair against the door and put extension lead on the chair so I could charge my phone up. You have to have the main light on and the light shines on the television. It’s just not been designed by somebody that knows about our bedroom bed very uncomfortable and like I say when you watch the TV, the crack the lampshade in the middle of the room Sean on the screen and there’s nowhere to switch the light on and off while you’re in bed.
When I’ve got there, I was told the restaurant was shut Monday and Tuesday and have to try it down to the harvester for me when you’re in bed. There’s no light you can switch on and off. There’s not a power socket near the bed. You have to put the chair against the door to put your glasses and watch et cetera on so you can be in bed. You have to have the light on in the bathroom so you can get into bed and hope the light will go off the main light in the ceiling shines on the television the bed was very uncomfortable.
The staff were all great, especially the manager. Great location for the wedding I was going to.
Room was simple but well appointed, also quite hot but I was there in the height of summer. A fan was already in the room which was great.

Good all round accommodation
Extremely hot airless room which had a tiny window . There was a fan but this made little or no difference. I appreciate we are having unusually high temperatures but I didn’t sleep a wink due to the sweltering heat
The staff were great. Bent over backwards for me as left phone at training centre. The landlady used her phone so I was able to contact the staff and meet up again after centre had closed for the day. This was over the course of a few hours on and off.
Shame the days I was there the bar/restaurant was closed. You can order food to be delivered there though.
Location is excellent. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Excellent service and support.
Bathroom light is a smart light on a timer. Would prefer normal light switch as it takes a couple of minutes to switch off. Not udeal if you need toilet in middle of the night!!
Comfortable and clean room. Handy for the Restaurant at Renishaw which serves great food.
Good location next to bus stop for bus to Chesterfield.

Nothing about the property. But we only found out in the morning that we couldn’t book the breakfast. But the staff were able to tell us local places for breakfast.
