Cons:

I used booking.com to secure this booking. I wanted a late checkout and being a gold ALL member I thought this would be simple….not at all. Due to booking though this portal I had to “negotiate” to get a few extra hours which I was (after consideration) happy to pay. The difficulty of the late checkout transaction due to using the booking platform was unexpected.

Air Con reverse cycle didnt work and we froze at night, roof above shower paint peeling and mould was present.
Very disappointed the Restaurant wasn't doing meals

The bed was really comforable and was in a really nice location, and the staff are pleasant

Cons:

Noisey fridge and aircondionting, thin walls so can hear other guest.
There was a lamp by the bed and the only way to turn it off was to inplug it ??
Ive stayed in better hotels for less.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Nice restaurant downstairs, quick room service.

Cons:

Walls a little thin- I could hear the man next to me burping and coughing loudly most nights....
More options on the room service menu-being able to order from Senses would be good!

A taste of luxury for an affordable price
Pros:

Room amenities were great, the TV foxtel and chrome cast was amazing for kids who have preferred movies. Couldnt even tell there was a storm outside cos the soundproofing was great! The buffet breakfast was beautiful. The daily housekeeping was so helpful and gave me peace of mind with a baby in the room.

Cons:

The portacot should come with a fitted sheet specifically fitted for the mattress. I think the parking should come with the booking rather than paid parking. Just seems a little much considering we pay for breakfast and also the room.
