Cons:

The fridge wasn’t working, and not enough towels. Didn’t receive a receipt for my stay so I don’t know if I got my $100 of deposit back or how much was the parking.

Rooms are pretty everything else is ugly and parking is non-existent and expensive for valet which .
Pros:

The outside is ugly, and the lobby stinks and smells old. But it's a classic hotel and the rooms on the other hand are a lot nicer.

Cons:

The fact that this hotel has no parking, whatever the price is for your room per night go ahead and add another $60 per night for valet because that's the only parking option they have. That needs to be stated on the website. Have never been to a hotel where I couldn't park at the hotel. There's construction going on in the front but nobody's working on it. Scaffolding is set up all around the front of the building and looks real trashy. The bar restaurant were closed a lot during the day. The thermostat on my AC wouldn't get below 71°. I reported it and they asked me if I wanted someone to come look at it. I said yes and they never came and they never responded.

OMG!! This was the best stay ever. This is like a hidden Hotel. Very nice update peaceful and very very clean. Check-in was 2-3min
Only i mean the only thing is the shower didn't have a close door so water was all over the bathroom floor. I just ask for more towels. That's a work around but might want to put door on the shower to keep up the door to the bathroom and floor looking good. But other than that comfortable beds nice view of downtown. Big Tv and add the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom. Just clean over all. The breakfast was over the top. Everyone i mean everyone in this place was over the top nice welcoming. This always add a special touch to your stay
I will always stay here when in Houston. I have a nother event November.

Cons:

I will not complain this place is gorgeous.. I will not take that away. Keep up the good work.

Pros:

Great option. For a stay in Houston. Great value for money when we stayed there. Justin, the bartender, was excellent. He gave us great tips for things to do in Houston. He was a great bartender, too.

Cons:

Some renovation work was happening on the outside of the building, but it didn't cause us any issues.

Pros:

Surrounding area downtown so close by but not very touristy. Building was surrounded by scaffolding so not great on the eye but otherwise all good.

Cons:

Housekeeping only upon request.
