La propriété du hall, la gentillesse du personnel,l
L’hôtel en lui même est beau propre mais les chambre sont laissées à l’abandon, entretien de la chambre 902 inexistant : pas de ménage les poubelles ne sont pas enlevées, pas de serviette propres il fait tout demander au personnel et je trouve ça très abusé de la part de la direction. Même pas de bouteille d’eau de bienvenue.
The location for going to the ballpark was great! The front desk staff & the restaurant staff were friendly & very efficient. Our room was more spacious than most other hotels.
The arrival, unloading our luggage, & handing off our car for valet was chaotic & no carts were available.
Loved the location and the valet
The construction however the workers stopped right at 5pm

I absolutely love this Downtown Historic Houston hotel. It is such a unique hotel. The room is very clean and comfortable the bed. The linens are soft and bed is so comfortable to sleep. the air condition works great even in Houston hot summer heat outside. Just down the street from the baseball park. Great value for the room price. Highly recommend
Location was great, especially if you need to get to Daikin field which is only a few blocks away.
For a room with 2 queen beds and therefore probably at least 2 guests, it's a very strange choice to go with a "barn door" that doesn't fully close for the washroom in terms of privacy.
I slept very comfortably, the bed was soft, cozy and the pillows were comfortable. Coffee was good. The customer service was awesome.
Free breakfast could have completed the whole stay.
City view was amazing, highly recommend. Rooms had a great lake and a great feel, ballroom was awesome. I will stay at this location next time I’m in downtown Houston

I had a great stay but the service and help of Janaé was what made it truly amazing. Her and the rest of the staff did an outstanding job taking care of us.

Great location. the rooms were one of the nicest I've stayed in. Price was great value. Whole place was clean inside and out. Had a nice peaceful atmosphere. Slept like a baby nice and guite. Front desk personnel were fantastic and helpful. Will definitely stay there for every Astros game I go to.
They were under construction which we weren’t informed so being woke up to the noise wasn’t okay. But overall it was fine
I didn’t like the breakfast not being included or knowing ahead of time it was. Valet only hotel they didn’t include that information. I also didn’t like that the microwave was only on the 2nd floor
