It was okay, I just wished they were upfront.
Pros:

The hotel room was very lovely and the staff was very kind.

Cons:

There were some things if I had known I would not choose to stay there. There is no microwave in the room you have to go all the way down to the lobby in order to use one. The hotel has very thin walls you can hear everything that’s going on in the hallway. Also they are not upfront that the valet is your full deposit. I asked the front desk about valet if it was an additional charge and she said it was included with my stay. Which isn’t true. I also decided to stay an extra night and I had to pay an additional deposit of $100 I never saw that money back. For a single night using the valet twice equaled to $100 that’s kinda wild. I didn’t even know you could park your own vehicle in the lot next to the building until the last night I saw a guest do it.

Pros:

Was comfy and bathroom was decent size, reception staff friendly enough. Gym was ok

Cons:

Says free parking but you have to pay 59 dollars, they don’t help with the luggage. Asked them to at least send trolley up, had to go get it ourselves. No water
