Cons:

Komfort im Badezimmer. Meine Schwiegermutter ist 87 Jahre alt und traute sich nicht in die Badewanne um zu duschen.

Hotel ist 'Dependence' des Hotel Schützen; admin. Abwicklung/Frühstück/Unterstand Fahrrad daher nicht Vorort, sondern 2-3 Min Fussweg weg

Tolle Lage des Hotels, mitten in der Altstadt. Preis-Leistung ausgezeichnet. Wir kamen sehr spät an, check-in war unkompliziert. Aussicht auf den Rhein sehr schön.

Wasser und Bettmümpfeli auf dem Zimmer - sehr aufmerksam!

Beautiful hotel with a lovely river view, a very comfortable bed, and friendly front desk staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience during my stay. Housekeeping opened the door and entered the room even though I had not checked out yet and still had around 20–30 minutes remaining before checkout time. My luggage was still inside, and it was scratched when the door was opened.

What disappointed me most was that the damage was not compensated or taken responsibility for. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I expected more care regarding guests’ belongings and privacy. I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping procedures and ensure that staff always knock and wait for confirmation before entering a room.
