Emplacement au top
Pros:

L’emplacement et le plaisir de pouvoir le lendemain faire 3 heures à la piscine d’un autre hôtel de ce groupe.

Cons:

Très vieillot, et le débit de la douche très faible.

Entsprach nicht der Buchung.
Cons:

Zum Frühstück musste man einen ca. 10 Minuten Weg in ein anderes Hotel auf sich nehmen und die Rezeption war dauerhaft nicht besetzt. Deswegen musste man bei der Anreise auch zuerst in das andere Hotel. Es gab vor Anreise keinerlei Informationen über diese zur Buchung abweichenden Situationen.

Very disappointed and would never recommend to someone else
Pros:

Hotel was clean, but basically deserted. Very hot time to visit, and small fan provided, but not big enough.

Cons:

arrived at hotel by taxi, no reception staff. Had to walk 10 minutes up steep cobblestone Hill to another hotel to check in. No reception staff at hotel where I stayed. No breakfast at that hotel until 10 o’clock or later. Very, very disappointed.

Pros:

Très bel emplacement au bord du Rhin à l'entrée de la rue principale du vieux bourg. Cuisine raffinée.

Cons:

Accueilli par une mini tablette (!?) pour le check-in et le petit déjeuner il faut ressortir et monter à un autre hôtel.

Zentral gelegenes, ruhiges Hotel in der Altstadt von Rheinfelden
Pros:

Das Hotel Schiff liegt zentral in der Altstadt von Rheinfelden. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir direkt vor dem Hotel abstellen. Der Check-in erfolgt im Hotel Schützen, das in etwa 5–10 Gehminuten erreichbar ist. Das Zimmer entsprach den Angaben und Bildern im Internet. Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, dafür steht ein Ventilator zur Verfügung. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig. Der Check-out erfolgt wiederum direkt im Hotel Schiff.

Cons:

In der Dusche wurde eine Ultra-Spardüse installiert. Genau genommen konnte man da kaum duschen, sondern eher nur benetzen. Zum Glück sind wir noch ins Sole Uno gegangen, wo wir dies nachholen konnten. 😂
Das eigentlich vorgesehene Abendessen im Restaurant fiel hingegen aus, da die Küche trotz angekündigter Öffnungszeiten bis 22.00 Uhr bereits um 20.00 Uhr geschlossen war – schade, da das Restaurant sehr einladend gewirkt hätte.

A wonderful hotel in a perfect location, in need of TLC
Pros:

Fabulous location by the bridge and overlooking the river. We've stayed here many times. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we had a room with fabulous views of the Rhein as it tumbles past. Great terrace for drinks by the river and a lovely restaurant if you are looking for somewhere special to eat.

Cons:

The hotel is in need of TLC - you have to walk up the hill to check in at the sister hotel. The bathroom was in need of a refurb and the ceiling in the shower (which was in the bath) was very low. it was very hot at night when we stayed and we were given heavy duvets, and with no air conditioning it meant sleep was very difficult. Always find it strange when Swiss hotels don't give you tea and coffee making facilities.

Schön, direkt bei der Altstadt gelegen Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Fluss mit schöner Aussicht.

Cons:

Direkt beim Hotel gibt es keine Parkplätze. Man muss entweder das nahe gelegene kostenpflichtige Parkhaus oder die etwas weiter weg gelegene Parkplätze eines Partnerhotels nutzen.
