All around good place to stop.
Pros:

Convenient stop off the highway. Has a good restaurant and attached to a casino with a lounge which is nice and convenient .

Cons:

Would be nice to have ice machine on each floor.

Not a usual experience
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Room Needs a lot of improvements. Air conditioner blowing in my face all nice, window coverings didn’t even cover the windows and quilt was too hot for summer. This was not a typical experience at this hotel.

We had a great sleep, comfortable bed, enjoyed the breakfast.
Pros:

We stayed in suite, room was large with a very large bathroom including standing double showerheads.

Cons:

The staff were challenging to work with at the front desk. We phoned ahead to request that our room was close to our aging parents room. They confirmed on phone that it was. We also requested early check in, which was granted. When we arrived from the airport (flew in from Vancouver) no early check was permitted, rooms were in separate towers, front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it.

OK facilities, shitty security and lack of staff response
Cons:

Security door to 2nd floor hallway did not close properly. Reported this three times to staff over a 2 day period. Nothing was done to address this issue and is the primary reason for the negative feedback.

Pleasantly surprised at the good value.
Pros:

Large spacious room. Very clean and quiet. Great breakfast included. Waterslides & pool were enjoyed by kids.

Cons:

The beds and pillows were not comfortable.
When we checked the pool/waterslide time online on our way to hotel, it said open until 10:00 pm. My son’s teammates drove from Calgary to meet us- excited to use the waterslides. They arrived at 9:30 and were told the waterslides/pool were closed! Very disappointed kids.
