Room layout was a 1 grade due to inconsiderate neighbor but everything else was a 8 level

Everyone was kind and professional. Rooms were clean and organized. I was checked in on a timely manner.

Cons:

I got a room with a double door and the Nieghbor to my left was soo loud she had her toddler’s running around , slamming the doors, yelling at him , blasting her tv to the highest sound very late it was 11:40pm and this person was up until 2am very obnoxious with no mindfulness of people around her. Instead of being a parent and putting your child to bed in a proper time she was on the phone all night to top it off. Avoid double door if you plan to stay here I was tired as it is traveling and then coming to deal with that nonsense ridiculous.

The room was clean and well maintained, so I have no complaints about housekeeping. Unfortunately, the staff's attitude made for a very unpleasant stay. They were rude and unprofessional throughout our visit.

The most upsetting part happened at breakfast. While military guests were trying to get breakfast, the staff turned the dining room lights off. It was an unnecessary and disrespectful way to handle the situation and created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone there.

Another note, the jacuzzi was cold the entire stay while the pool was roughy room temperature. We turned the bubbles on twice and it just never warmed up properly. We left disappointed.

Was ok- disappointed, also with paying a bond and having to wait more than a day to have it refunded

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de los lugares que teníamos programado visitar. El hotel es muy confortable, cuenta con habitaciones limpias y un personal amable y atento. 100% recomendable.
