My room had a plate under the couch and the bathtub was dirty looking stained really bad, saw 2 roaches
Pros:

The coffee in the lobby and using the computer and friendly front desk clerk

Cons:

Questionable people walking around, people knocking on your door getting rooms mixed up and the pool was unkept dirty

The place needs to be condemned. The water was stopped in the sink or the tub… I would not this place to homeless people

The bathroom door in 228 had to get kicked in by staff to free my wife because the handle was defective.
Pros:

The staff were kind.

Cons:

My wife got locked in the bathroom the first day whenever she closed the door. Apparently the hand got broken by the painters the previous day. So turning the handle wouldn’t engage the latch. The house keeping ladies literally had to kick the door in to get my wife out.

The parking lot was a mess around the pool area. It looked like a dumpster was just spilled out with the amount of trash. All the bins were overflowing.

Pros:

Female guest were twerking in the parking lot on top of vehicles. Room was nasty, chair next to bed had dirt/grease on the chair arms, I truly believe the room had bed bugs. I got up & out of the room as soon as possible.

It served it’s purpose, to rest half way through my long drive

Our stay was ok…
Pros:

Location… A/C cold… allowed to check in a little early (Thanks to lady over cleaning department)… shower good… Easy check in/out.

Cons:

Problems with other guests at pool and at night… A/C was a little loud

I had to get refunded i drove 2hrs to get a room 207 with no cold water to take a bath ALL HOT and the toilet was leaking water when we flushed it I called the front desk the first time I was told thier was nothing she can do about it second call she can move me to another room which is ok I was moved to room 255 gets thier door open room was filthy / half clean trash on the sides of the beds no pillow cases remote was missing batteries the first room was WAY better only no cold water called her 3rd time then she decides to give a refund my husband and I drove 2hrs back home we always stay at this hotel worst experience ever didn't get to enjoy our stay
