Pros:

我喜欢到的环境位置还有他的温泉以及客房给我的感觉都不错了

Cons:

我住605的空调感觉怪怪的我无论怎么去调温度它吹出来的风还是不凉快，感觉还没有开的样子，泡完温泉出来浑身热热，坐在那边一直流汗

位置方便，房間冷氣很涼，房間設施不錯

Cons:

服務人員交班是不是應該再更仔細一點，一件在房間的外套 打了電話堅持説沒有在客房找到，後來是早上的打掃人員已經交給櫃檯，但下午櫃檯人員完全不知道已經拿下來了

温泉街での3泊
Pros:

部屋に温泉があり、歩き疲れた脚を癒すのには有難かったです。新北投から徒歩圏内で、坂道の多い温泉街のなかで急傾斜を経ることなく到着できます。駅前にマクドナルドやケンタッキー、スターバックスなどのチェーン店もありますし、博物館や図書館、ローカルなお店もほどよくあります。北投駅からなら台北市駅へ電車で一本、士林夜市へも一本です。
スタッフの多くは英語を話しませんが、翻訳機を使って障害なくコミュニケーションが取れます。滞在の最終日に思わぬトラブルがあったのですが、フロントにいた女性スタッフが諦めずに助けてくれました。彼女の対応には心を打たれました。ここに書ききれないくらい感謝しています。

Cons:

客室のドアがきちんと閉まらなかった、コツを掴めば施錠されるが、気をつけていないと未施錠になる。エレベーターが1台なので朝食やチェックアウトの際は時間に余裕を持った行動が必要。

Pros:

房間雖然比較舊但乾淨。下午茶跟早餐有很多不同飲品，有手作鬆餅跟手作鹹豆漿。白磺泉房間可泡，只是池子尺寸為一人空間。

Cons:

空調聲音很大，隔音比較差可以聽到走廊的音樂。床有點硬。
