Great and convenient
Pros:

Everything was great! We use this hotel when we visit Brussels for work, and genuinely love it. Comfortable, efficient and walkable distance to the Council.

Cons:

You have to book to use the gym, and usually this doesn't work well for me because I don't have a fixed time schedule at work. Also, there's no AC in the gym, and maybe it could be considered to include more machines - even a row/ski, they don't take up much space but can make a huge difference.

Bij aankomst om 15h30 was de kamer no
g niet vrij, daardoor een paar uur moeten gaan wandelen wat onze planning serieus onder druk zette.
Ontvangst aan balie door persoon die quasi geen Nederlands en Frans kende, Engels was gebrekkig,
Gaf geen uitleg omtrent lift- en garageverbruik, betaling met gewone bankkaart was aanvankelijk niet mogelijk wat na enig aandringen toch kon.
Kamer had geen kast, tweepersoonsbed van 1,4 m breedte…
Kortom pff, slechtste hotelervaring ooit.

Cons:

The AC is central and you cannot tune it. The coldest it goes is around 25C. It has a spinny wheel that you spin to lower the temp. I put mine on 5C and it was far from that. There was actually no difference if you had the temperature at 25C or 5C. I booked this hotel JUST for the AC because of the canicule so I expected more

Hotel na dobroj lokaciji s ljubaznim osobljem i solidnim doručkom, male sobe i slabo osvjetljenje.
Pros:

Hotel je smješten u Europskoj četvrti, što je vrlo praktično za poslovne i turističke posjete. Općenito je čist i uredan, a osoblje je ljubazno i susretljivo, što dodatno doprinosi ugodnom boravku.
Sobe su, međutim, prilično male, a osvjetljenje u njima je slabo, što može otežati boravak, posebno navečer. Wi-Fi je dostupan, ali je relativno spor. U kupaonici nedostaje kozmetičko ogledalo s povećanjem, a i tamo je osvjetljenje nedovoljno.
Fitnes dvorana je vrlo osnovna – dostupne su samo trake za trčanje, bez strunjača, prostora za razgibavanje ili klasičnih utega, što je ograničavajuće za goste koji žele kvalitetniji trening.
S druge strane, doručak je dobar, s pristojnim izborom hrane.
Sve u svemu, hotel je solidan izbor zbog lokacije i ljubaznog osoblja, ali bi mogao znatno unaprijediti doživljaj gostiju poboljšanjem sadržaja u sobama i fitnessu

Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Wenn der Preis stimmt, komme ich gerne wieder.

Selten so gut und bequem in einem Hotel geschlafen. Zimmer war trotz Lage zur Strasse sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich, außergewöhnlich gute Auswahl an veganen Speisen, toller Kaffee. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage zu gutem Preis
