Mir wurde die Kosten für die Übernachtung zweimal abgebucht und ich warte jetzt schon seit anderthalb Wochen darauf, dass ich eine Rückmeldung erhalte. Wann bekomme ich das zu viel gezahlte Geld zurück?

A really great hotel and very accommodating friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were excellent and really accommodating as soon as I arrived. I contacted the hotel prior to my stay for parking and they were extremely responsive. The room was very well equipped and clean. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Cons:

I cannot fault the property for my stay. All needs were met and extremely satisfied.

第一，门把手有问题，我朋友第一天女孩自己住，多亏我去她屋子找她 发现门一直是开着的。 第二，搞笑死了，给两个女孩换了个两个床的房间， 晚上九点回去发现换的房间根本没打扫卫生。然后这个让我觉得很气愤的点，我下了单提示我有人在我之前下的订单，所以我又多花了二十欧，定了两个大床房，到了酒店要求我扫手机交什么押金，我才发现我支付了两次房费。这个是booking系统的问题，收了我的钱，没给我订单。然后还需要我多花20欧。 在布鲁塞尔定的酒店真的是人在囧途。第一个是个公寓式，我们都开车在路上了告诉我们，公寓电坏了，可以给推荐另一个小很多，价格还要贵的公寓。真的是叫人难忘。 最近这些次在booking 定的房间。 除了杜塞 ibis 好评，其他都垃圾的要死！

Je n'hesiterai pas a recommander cet hôtel
Pros:

A 100 metres d'une sortie metro Schuman. Quartier animé. Personnel de l'hôtel très aimable. Très bon et copieux petit déjeuner. Petit jardin de l'hôtel. Chambre spacieuse. Le miel des abeilles de l'hôtel.

Cons:

La douche au dessus de la baignoire. Le matelas du lit un peu trop mou pour moi.
